My tastebuds

I have always had strange tastes, according to the secretary. She has tried desperately to get me to like carrots, as so many other dogs do. What a nice, low-cal snack, she'll say. Bleech! I say. Many other things have found their way into, and than out of my mouth. Sometimes the floor can be an obstacle course if the secretary hasn't yet caught on that, despite begging for a taste of one thing or another, I'm spitting it out over by the dining room table. So, what did I developed a taste for last night? Brussels sprouts!!! (The exclamation points come courtesy of the secretary.) The secretary is fond of them (I realize that puts her in a crowd of about 5 people worldwide.) She made a stirfry kind of a thing last night from a new issue of Cooking Light and, I must say, it was fab. I was johnny-on-the-spot whenever one fell to the floor (the secretary and the backup eat dinner in front of the TV watching CNN or reruns of The Office so things tend to roll around a bit). The secretary even gave me the leftovers. As she would say, "whoda thunk it?" I guess I'm no real threat to Louie as a restaurant critic.
