Time to fetch sticks out of the lake

I love to fetch sticks out of the water ,only the largest sticks so I can prance around the other dogs and let them see what a great fetcher I am. Lily trys to take it to mom but I swam a long ways for this stick. I ignore a twig being thrown. I think Lily worries about me she won't go far in the water she crys when I go far. Mom throws her a little stick close to the shore

We must show our humans how much we love our new snow

While at the dog park a man told mom his wife cryed when she opened the curtains and saw more snow. A walk to the dog park to see all of us happy dogs running playing in the new snow helps our humans get through their longer wait for spring. See you at the lake

Scary snowman at the lake

Only last weekend Lily and I swam in the creek going into the lake but this weeknd we were getting snowballs on our feet again so mom took us on 2 small walks because she quit cutting the fur off our feet thinking spring was almost here. .Our afternoon walk was scary I saw a strange thing on the lake I growled and it stayed still. Lily went up to see it despite my warning. It turned out to be a big snowman.

Ouch I split my nail

Mom took us for a short walk today I am limping because I split a nail yesterday. She gave Lily a new ball so she played with it and left me alone

We took two walks in the sun today

The snow was not as slippery today we had a walk at the lake and Russian Jacks .No moose out today. We have been seeing 4 a day. Lily took a swim today I stayed on the snow bank and watched. What a silly sister Im sure the water was cold I think a boy threw a stick in the water and she went after it I'm waiting for warmer weather.

Fur Rondy Mutt Show

Mom took us for a walk at the Lake very early this morning so I would be on my best behavier for the mutt show. I was so excited to go to a new building I have never been in before. I saw lots of people and dogs. I liked the fly ball best. The dogs ran by me so fast. My silly sister just took a nap. She did the same thing last summer when we saw Fly Ball downtown.

There goes all our wonderful snow again

Mom wished for warmer weather well how about 40 degrees! Our game of finding treats in the snow banks has turned into skipping treats across the ice "Hey they are easier to find now". Lots of moose at the lake we saw 3 in one spot. One of the little ones ,Not so little is starting to chase dogs we will have to keep an eye on that one. Lily and I don't bark or chase them but mom has to watch us we will herd them off our trail and hurry back to mom. She keeps telling us they will step on you.

Morning walk was 29 degrees nice change but pesky snow balls on my feet again

Its a cold spell

Our walk has been cold but we still see other dogs walking even Mom and calf moose. Mom loves our frosted faces Lily and I run through the woods and snow and stay warm in our almost -20 cold. But 0 degrees would be nice
