09/25/12 New Mexico here we come

Hi pals,

Things are moving along fast now and it looks like next week we will be headed to New Mexico to live. The house there is NOT finished but since momma is refusing to travel in the snow daddy is being forced to get things done before that happens. Currently the handy man who daddy hired is supposed to be putting up the dry wall and hopefully that will be completed before we get there possibly on Tuesday, October 2nd.

Once the dry wall is up, daddy and momma will do the texturing and then painting. The next step will be for them to assemble all 187 pieces of the kitchen, which will probably take several days, weeks or months – BOL, BOL. After all that is done the flooring has to be completed. The humans are going to install tile in the kitchen, laundry and dinning rooms; the rest of the house will have wood floors. Oh yeah, they are also going to tile the master bathroom shower stall.

There will have to be the final inspection before the code enforcer will allow us to live in the house. Because we are moving there before the house is actually completed that means we will once again be staying in either the nasty ole trailer or in the garage/workshop where daddy put a queen sized bed. Either one will not be ideal because the weather will be getting colder and I can tell you right now it REALLY gets COLD (it will be too cold to plant stuffies outside). Another downside of not having the house ready for us to move in it right away is that we will have Simba, Bay-Ling and Arleenton with us so they too are going to need someplace to sleep and go potty at. By the way, Coco and I are going to ride to New Mexico with daddy and momma is going to have the hollering kitties and Arleenton with her – BOL, BOL.

We will probably be missing from Dogster for a bit but let’s hope it doesn’t take too long to get everything completed and signed off on. Daddy is really hoping to have everything completed before the end of October. Please keep your paws crossed.

COCO and PUff.. we will sure miss you .. but we will be here when you get back ! Tell mommy to travel carefully and good luck with all the projects ! If my mommy and daddy were doing this they may be separated by the time it was finished ! BOL !

Big Adventure time ahead for all of you.
I am guessin the peepoles Do have an indoor potty room? I sure hope they don't have to go out behind a tree or sumfin. Bol!

I hope all goes well. I think it is great that you are moving to a place where you get cold and snow, but Mommy does not share my love of those two things.LOL Be sure and send me your new address.

I love you too Hobo! Puffy and I are going to ride to New Mexico with Daddy and momma is going to take Arleenton and the kitties. We should be there late Tuesday night so I won't be able to paw mail you until later in the week. Momma says we will only be able to get on the computer at night because it is more important to get the house finished and get all of the inspections done before the bad weather sets in. Why don't you hop in a FEDEX box and mail yourself to me? Puffy and I can show you around while the humans work - BOL, BOL
