My owner is on fall break right now, so that means i can stay with my family more during the day! yayyyy! anyway, our 9-month old nephew is here today, and i don't really like him. he's kinda suspect. i think i'm jealous of him, because whenever he comes over, HE gets all the attention instead of me! plus, im kinda scared of him (i get really nervous around little kids). i try to snap at him when he comes near me. i don't like him. not one bit. i wish he would just go back home. but my family seems to love him to death! he gets all the attention that used to be mine! i just don't understand it.
I also got in trouble yesterday morning. i was just lookin out the front door, mindin my own business and tryin to protect my family, when this lady comes walkin down the street.... WITH A DOG!!! well, i did what any good guard dog would do... i tried to alert my family! i jumped up and barked my head off! i started scratchin all over the door, growlin and barkin(what was i supposed to do? i thought they were gonna hurt us!). the door managed to come open when i was scratchin on it, and i zipped right out the front door! i ran over to that dog and tried to defend my family! the lady walkn the dog started shooin me away with her leg, kickin at me, while i was trying to stop them from hurting my family! my momma was on the phone. she dropped it(with an answering machine recording everything), and she made a beeline for the door! she chased me, and before i know it, she's out there scolding me and disciplinin' me! no thanks at all! i just didn't understand it. i was tryin to protect my family! well, she apologized to the lady, and her cute white little dog, and she dragged me inside. she scolded me, and she made me go outside! she was very mad a t me. i dont like seein her like that, and i dont like to make any of my family mad! i was so ashamed, but i was confused! i didnt realize why i was being punished for trying to protect my people! it wass all just so confusing, and it was not fun. i dont like seein my momma like that. but thats all over now, and i love my family!
