Our days dwindling down on our trip to Tahiti, Merry and I lazed around relaxing and just enjoying doing nothing. Merry had ordered brunch to be delivered to our bungalow and it was set up on our patio.
Seating her then pulling my chair close to Merry, she held up her glass and toasted us.
I'm so glad that you like the lunch baby... *sitting down at the table on the patio and smiling as you sit so close next to me* A toast to us? *Merry and George hold up their glasses* To our love and how it has grown ...I love you even more now than I did then and may our love continue to be the shining star in our lives ...one that guides us and the place that we always come back to !!
Thank you Merry for loving me. It's you that has made Tahiti what it has become in my memory.

This diary entrance I wish did not have to be written, but I must say something about our friend Duncan. Today is a sad day for all because Dogster lost a good friend.
I know there were many more who were closer to Duncan as a friend than myself, but the times I had with him were nothing more than wonderful. He was a fur who had a kind word for everyone he met. I do not recall anything from his mouth OTHER than kindness.
Duncan made friends easily wherever he went with his easy going and funny ways. He knew the gift of laughter and how it is healing to all. He knew how to love..
Duncan we love you and will miss you terribly. Many wonderful furs are on Dogster, and many more will come in and join us.. but there will be only ONE Mr. Vegas. Soon buddy we will meet again and until then please watch over us and sprinkle your joy and happiness on each one of us here. We are here for your Mom for anything she may need from us.
I also think of his lovely fiancee Bailey, and what a black hole this leaves her and her Mom. Our hearts go out to you Bailey during this time, and we are here for YOU if you ever need us.
