Isabel a.k.a. doggie heaven, and that stinky muddy creek bed Best Tricks: dancing on my hind legs, fetch-fetch-fetch, running in circles like a rabbit Arrival Story: my past family dropped me off somewhere in east oakland cuz they couldn't keep me, too bad, but then i found my current mom using the handwritten note in Spanish on my broken collar that said, "my name is Kuky, i have my vaccinations, i've been spayed, i don't bite" which is only partly true cuz now and then i do nibble inadvertently but i'm really working on that... Bio: my current mom did what she could to try and find my old family but alas, couldn't locate them. mom said i didn't have a "mito-chip" in me or something like that, so she went ahead and got me one so that i won't be without a mommy ever again...
btw, Toki means "rabbit" in korean cuz i like to run like a rabbit!! Forums Motto: i have the need for speed, indeed The Groups I'm In: !!!! Cutest Pups of the World !!!!, Pit Bull Lovers I've Been On Dogster Since:
oh, boy, i finally learned how to swim!! Or actually, one of my moms (da Mean One) MADE me swim cuz she pushed me into the water off a dock at JLO square -- fer reals! it was cold and scary and i had nothing to stand on, but then i heard my other mom calling my name from the shore and headed in that direction. before i knew it, i was back on solid ground, shaking all the saltwater off onto dry kehoe. boy, was i happy! now i can leap off of rocks, and look, it's not a bird, not a plane, it's the mighty Toki-Machine motoring after all those tennis balls bobbing in the watery distance.
i'm not sure about this new home cuz i think it might be haunted. there's this small shiny red dot that appears out of NOWHERE and will swirl around on the floor, the furniture, the walls and even on kehoe! OMG, what is it??? i'm compelled to chase it down, even if it means slipping and sliding into things like the front door, whatever it takes, but i can never seem to get a firm grip of it in my teeth or my paws. kehoe keeps shouting something like, "relax, dummie, just look at what mom's holding, you poopyhead!" but i don't get it, i just don't get it! i'm so twitchy and nervous even after it disappears, and i wander around aimlessly still looking for it. but the evil red dot still eludes me....
Ah-ma and A-gong finally made their pilgrimage to see me this past week, and i rewarded them heavily! i love sitting on A-gong's lap and slurping him a facial, while Ah-ma would squeal (with joy, i'm sure) whenever i jumped up on her. ("Hello, hello, Ah-ma, look at me! i'm here to play, let's play!"). and early in the morning, after moms let me outta my soft-crate, i'd rush downstairs to wake them up and play some more by leaping onto their bed and poking them with my paws and my cold wet nose! they're my newest toys, and i hope i can keep them...
