Dear Diary,
I am going to the Dog Bowl in Frankenmuth to run in the Doggie Dash De Lure Course & race in the 25 & 50 yard dash, weather permitting today. Mommy says she hopes the photographer is there again this year so we can get another family photo.
Mommy says while we are at the event we will look for a new collar for me.
I am not too happy about the ride to the Dog Bowl, it is a long ride. I always throw up on long rides and have to stay in a crate. I don’t like to throw up and I definitely do not like the crate. I much rather be on Daddy’s lap and throw up on him.
Hope all my Dogster friends are having a pawsome weekend.

Have a lot of fun at the dog bowl! I hope you win some ribbons!
I used to get car sick, too, in the travel crate, but when growlmy kept me out f the crate and used a doggy seatbelt instead, I stopped throwing up...we travel trips of 300miles to my Auntie, and over 600 to my grandgrowlmy so perhaps that may work for you?? I do hope so, being sick on trips just is no fun at all!

Mommy tried the doggie seat...I puked up all over the floor...and a little in her purse which had to be throw away. Oops!
Last year I won a ribbon for 3rd place. A greyhound won first place....well duh!

Oh, dear...not good...well, anyways, I thought I would let you know...growlmy used to get really bad carsickness herself, she found out it was related to where she was sitting in the car...she has to be driving, or sitting on the right side front of the vehicle, or the back seat on the right...but in a van the back seat is bad anywhere, so then she sits on the right in the middle row.
The worst place for her to sit at all is anywhere in the middle of the vehicle away from windows.Buses are even worse, she has to sit near the front and on the right side near a window...what a pain that can be, BOL!
Once she woofed her cookies all over the back of a bus, YUCK!
Planes and trains do not seem to bother her...go figure.

Me & mama dinnit gets pitchers cuz I had a dir'y face (grease spot, UGH) an mama sayed she don' wantsa 'member how she look dat day. BOL
