MY BIRHTDAY…
The big day is approaching. That is right my 3rd Woof-day is this Thursday, Feb 11th. I barked at Mommy and told her since I have been a very good girl and have gone thru a lot the last 2 years that I want a cake. Not just any cake, but a 5 layer meatloaf cake with peanut butter frosting and cheese sprinkles. Just the thought of such a cake makes my nub of a tail wag so hard that it almost makes me fall down and the drool from my mouth flood the floor. I hope if such a cake exist that I don’t have to share with Suzie. She is a piggy, and she would have the cake gone in 10 gobbles.
100 YARD DASH…
I wish spring would hurry up and get here! Besides the squirrels, chipmunks, bunnies and moles coming out of hiding, Daddy is already talking about me competing in the 100 yard dash. If you recall last year I beat a Border Collie, and that was my very first time competing! This spring Mommy and Daddy are going to work me out and prepare for the next completion. I want that 1st place prize, a huge wicker basket of gourmet biscuts and special toys. Hopefully this year that crazy lady with the greyhound doesn’t show up. That was so unfair to bring a racing dog to a competition for us normal dogs. I bet you Suzie Q would give me a run for my biscuit if Mommy stood at the end of the field with a hot dog. You would be amazed at how fast Suzie Q can move with those big bulky short legs when food is involved.
SPITZ =^..^= & THE BED…
Mommy bought me a brand new bed and so far Spitz has not peed on it. Mommy is going to see if the bed survives a week before replacing Suzie beds. Mommy found a cheap but I must say very comfy bed at the drug store.
SNOW & ALLIE…
The weather man barked that we have 6 inches of snow coming our way! How pawsome is that? I have the zoomies just thinking about that. My friend Allie is coming over on my Woof-day and staying with us for a week. Allie loves to roll in the snow and I love to pounce on her when she does that. I love Allie, she is my bestest furry friend and I can’t wait to have her stay with us. I do not like to share Allie with Suzie Q but Suzie Q loves Allie a bunch too. I guess Allie is just a lovable girl.

I have ate breakfast, wrestled with Suzie, played with my favorite squeaky toy, played the Chase Me game, ate a treat, played in the snow and killed a spider for Mommy. I need a nap!
I am so glad things are somewhat back to normal in my house. Last week Mommy was very sick and slept all the time, Suzie was in her crate most of the time recovering from her surgery and I spent a lot of time pouting.
Yesterday was Camp Bow Wow day with my sister, Suzie. Suzie was a little scared as this was only her second time at camp and there was a lotta doggies running around our group. I made sure to always keep an eye on Suzie and when she looked really scared I ran over and nudged her face. The camp counselors were very nice and made a smaller group which Suzie and I went into. I am sure that made Suzie feel better and I like smaller groups too.
Mommy barks that me and Suzie are overdue for our baths, but we have to wait till Suzie is completely healed from her surgery. That gives me another week to get nice and stinky.
*Yawn* I need me a little nap. All this catch up playing is wearing me out.
