Arrival Story:
Ollie was hit by a car in Tacoma, then dumped on the steps of a vet office with a broken hip. The vet hospital transferred him to the pound, where a tech lobbied to spare his life. He was scheduled for euthanasia, but a local rescue organization sponsored a web page in hopes that someone would donate his diagnostic medical costs. While helping a friend of mine look for a puppy, I stumbled across Ollie's web page, and called to sponsor his care. Amazingly, an anonymous donor and veterinarian had already performed the surgery free of cost, and Ollie was up for adoption. After a lengthy screening process, Ollie came home to live with us.

Bio:
Ollie is my training dog for my dog training and behavior counseling business, www.seattledogs.com. He has found his calling, and brings smiles to all who he meets.
