Yesterday started off just fine. I knew it was the weekend beacuse Mom let me outside to run in the yard as long as I wanted to run. Then I came in and got my treat (as usual) and saw that Mom had the leashes ready for all of us to go for a walk, or so I thought. It was great, we allgot ready to go and then got in the car and headed out to Highway 46. I thought for sure we were going to go to Guadalupe State Park and go walking and then I could play in the river. When we got to the turn off we just kept driving. Huh, I thought maybe Mom was going to take us to a new place to walk. Boy was I wrong. Mom took us to a kennel. She called it a resort, but I'm sure that it is a kennel. Mom and another girl took us into a room and then Mom left. I don't know when she'll be back to get me either. I hope it is real soon because I sure miss her.
