I'm on meds

The doctors have me on two heart meds right now to help with my breathing. One eases the work load of my heart and the other helps remove fluid from my lungs. Mom hopes this will help me become comfortable. One good thing was my blood work was pretty darned good for my age and they were able to give these meds a try. Hug your pet today, for me!

My vet visit

My mom has been very upset today and crying because the vet told her today that my heart disease has dramatically taken a change for the worse. I told her not to cry, I'm a big girl and I will be brave. I'm always taking care of mom, so I hope the doctor will give her better news tomorrow when she calls back. She's going to consult with a cardiologist and go over my bloodwork to see where to go from there. Wish me luck

I'm a summer gal

We have definitely marched into March like a lion, but I'm ready for the lamb. I'm getting too old for all this snow! Mom added a couple pictures today of me in the snow. See how horrible it is with all that whiteness just pouring down. They are forcasting 12-22" of this stuff! In the summer, I love to lay out on the deck and soak in some sun! Ahhhhhh, I can't wait for warmer weather. For now I'll just dream of those glorious summer days and nights on the deck with my mom.
