Never ending Winter

Today we are under a heavy snow advisory and may get up to 10 inches of snow by the time it is all said and done. What is up with that? I can hear the birds outside and we're seeing more signs of spring and then this happens. Clearly this must be an April Fools joke one day early. Must be the fault of that leap year! BOL Hope everyone is enjoying their spring.
