Okay, so I'm not a poet...but I really like a calm assertive guy that knows his place in the pack!

I didn't used to be as easy going as I am now. I have been through a couple of not-so-nice homes and had a hard time communicating with my peeps. But I finally found my forever home with a nice family who watches Dog Whisperer and GETS IT! Finally, humans I can communicate with!!! Now that I know my place in the pack, I can exhale and enjoy life. No more being scared cuz I didn't know what the humans want from me and I can let them know what I want in return. It's a wonderful feeling! One I know you have discovered too, Daddy, cuz you have found a family who loves and respects you, too.

But to tell you the truth, I mostly just want you to be my Valentine because you're cute. Is that shallow?
