I'll start at the beginning

Well, as this is my very first diary entry, I might as well start at the beginning. I was born in May to my mommy and daddy....however, my daddy's owner did not want me and my brothers and sisters because our mommy is not purebred. But, we were lucky enough to be rescued by a very nice girl who then told my new mommy about us. She came to visit us to check things out and I was the cutest and cuddliest, of course. I also have a really long tongue that sticks out sometimes even when my mouth is closed. Mommy could not resist that and decided to take me to my new home. When I got there, I was met by this little barky dog, my new brother Brodie (a silky terrier). He was bigger than me then, but I have him beat by about 30lbs now :-) I also was able to meet my sister, Sugar, who is one of my bestest pals. We have so much fun playing together when we are able to. I can't wait until this summer when I get to go to Doggie Daycare with my sister. I've been told that it is so much fun playing with all of the other dogs.
Right now I am looking forward to Christmas. My mommy keeps talking about me getting chewies, toys and treats...everytime she says it, I get so excited. I can't wait!
