I've Been Christmas Tagged!!!

I was Christmas tagged by Laertese!! Here is my list for Santa Paws...
Dear Santa,
First, you should know that I have been a pretty good pup this year! I have distroyed most of my toys, but if I get new ones, I will try not to. I have learned lots of new tricks and I come when I am called now. I am learning to play nicer with puppies smaller than me and be gentle around little kids. I have only ran away once and I do not plan on doing it again! So please, if you can find it in your heart, I would love these for Christmas:
1. Lots of toys that I can't distroy!
2. Bones! Bones! And more Bones!
3. Booties so my feet don't get cold!
4. Treats! I'm drooling already!

My Birthday!!

My birthday was on July 13th! MY 1ST BIRTHDAY! It was the best day ever!! I was spoiled! I got treat after treat! WoW! What a day! But it wasn't the best that I got so many treats, it was the best because I feel so special because it was my 1ST birthday! Finally 1! Well I had a great day! Thx to all who wished me a happy one! Swimming!!

On June 27, me and my owners went to the dog park in Edmonton with my owners brother and their dog, Emma! We had a blast! We saw lots of dogs! But, I can be a little timid around some dogs that I'm unsure of or chase me! One dog that was a German Shephard Dog chased me right into the trees! She came out of no where and frightned me! But the best part of going there was the WATER! I didnt no what to do when I saw it. My owner went in a little ways and told me to go in with her, so I did! Then, WOW what a blast I had in there! I jumped around in it and got every person and doggie soaked! It was fun! But Emma, who is a labradoodle, is a great swimmer! Will I was splashing around, she was swimming! It really cooled us down cuz it was smooking hot out! I may be going up there on Friday with my owners, but they dont know if they want to take me. I am begging them to take me, but it wont be so bad if I dont go, I get to stay home with my dad and go to work with him! Either way, I'm gonna have fun!

Getting Spayed

Hello! On Thurday I got spayed. This is how it started... During the morning my mom took me to the vet. She gave me to a kind lady that works there and then... she left. 'sob' After that I don't remember anything cause they made me go to sleep. I woke up in a cage and my belly felt weird. I looked and all my hair was gone! I just mainly slept in the cage until another lady came and got me. Yay!! I saw my mom standing there. I was happy but tired and sore to move any quicker. She bent down to see me and I gave her a good ol' lick across the face! I was really happy when I got home to see all my toys were still where I left em. My owners genltly put me on the couch then... zzzzz....zzz... Ahh! What happened? Ohh right I was telling you guys bout my terrible experience... Well not much else to tell. I just kinda... ahh.... slept the whole day. Hay! I'm 100% sure everyone of you guys reading this would of done the same thing! That's bout it. Hope to bark another message soon! Bye! Sasha

First Day At The Vet

I went to this new building. I was pretty scared. I saw a new person and got freaked out! I hid behind my owners. She took us into a small room with lots of cool new things in it! I sniffed and sniffed some more. Then another new person came in. She gave me a lot of treats! Mmm... were they good or what!! Then my owner put me up on this big table. She looked at me and took out some needles! One was for rabbies and the other one was for my 2nd shot. They didn't hurt that much, but I was still scared. Then she got some yellow stuff into this tube thing that kinda looked like a fat needle, but without that long thing that pokes you! She put it in my mouth. It tasted pretty good! It was deworming medicine. After that she weighed me. I weighed 19 pounds! I was a little more sure of the vet after she gave me the treats. We looked at the toys, then we went home. Phuu... what a relief!

Where I Came From!

Hmm... where did I come from? Well I'm not sure where, but my mommy is Stitch. She is in my puppy pal list. As well as my daddy Bayou! I had 12 other brothers and sisters! Can you imagine, 13 puppies to take care of! I was the 5th born. I lived with my old family for 4 months until my new family adopted me. I truly miss my mommy, daddy, siblings, and my family who used to take care of me, but so very thankful that I have a new family who loves me dearly!

A Little More About Me!!

Hey! I am enjoying life with my new family, now! I am a little unsure of new people though. I think I am just the cutest little thing around! I hope you do, too! I appear to be black, but really, I have brown right around my ears. Also, I have some gray and white under my black coat. I have white on my bottom lip, chest, and both back paws. Ohh, and by the way, if you didn't know, I am a girl! I have big brown eyes. I LOVE playing with all my cool, new toys! Ohh ya, and chewing on hands! I have a pretty pink collar and a leash I like to chew on, too. But, I love to chase my tail!! byby! PAWS AND KISSES!!

My First Day With My New Family

Wow! What a day! I was in our vehicle driving... somewhere. I saw bright lights with lots of buildings! Where am I? We drive... and drive some more. Finally, we stop! Yay! I can get out and play! We just sit there... and wait. For what? Finally! We get out! We go and meet some other people that i didnt know. They start talking to my family. Then, they give me to a girl. I was really scared! Then, out of no where, my family left!! She carried me into this big building. I think it was called 'Petsmart'. There were so many toys, but I was so scared, I didn't even care. They bought a round pink thing, I think they said a collar. Also a long black rope they called a leash. After we went and looked at the toys! We went and paid for all that and went back to the vehicle. I sat in the back with the girl. Then, I went to sleep. When I woke up we stopped in a town at a gas station. Me and the girl got out and went for a little walk. We got back in the vehicle, and guess what... more driving! I finally got used to her and we played in the back with my new toys! When we finally got home, (it seemed like forever!) we went inside. I investigated high(well, as high as I could reach!lol!) and low. I was really tired, I think my new family was, too! So, we went up to my new room and got ready for bed. Well (yawn), I guess time to go to...zzzzz.
