If you spot Andy, call his mom IMMEDIATELY at 781-264-5243 or Animal Control 203-557-3659. If you don’t mind, keep her phone number or flyer with you when you are out and about. Andy is running scared and hiding!!! Experts have advised … do NOT call his name, NO eye contact, do NOT chase or approach him, just call his mom and TRY to keep him in sight from a distance until help arrives. Thank you!
HUGE REWARD for information leading to his safe return. Confidential and NO questions asked!!!

Andy’s Story:
New Year's eve Andy was spooked by fireworks and went missing in Westport, CT while visiting from out of state. He is a male, tan and white Corgi (large ears, short legs, and NO TAIL), 11 years old and 30 lbs. No longer wearing his collar but is microchipped. His family has remained in the area, desperately searching every day and night.
Updates:
1/14/12 sighting at Winslow Dog Park in Westport, CT. A professional tracking dog followed Andy's scent for several miles before it abruptly ended. It is the expert’s opinion that Andy MAY have been picked up and driven off at that point. There were no signs of injury.
1/20/12 multiple independent sightings in Norwalk, CT
1/26/12 Crosspost from “Bring Andy Home”
I would like to express our gratitude and amazement at the number of Andy fan helpers we had last night. It was truly remarkable, what an unbelievable group of people we have been blessed with to help on our search for Andy.
Because of all the flyers posted, or handed out, and the organizing, and of course our stake out last night, we know Andy’s neighborhood and general schedule! It is such an amazing relief and comfort to me to know where he is currently and not always be chasing behind him by several days. Now I am concentrating on his retrieval. I will monitor his behavior and patterns to best establish locations for traps etc. Public knowledge as always is key, and continuing to make neighbors around where we have covered aware is very important to determine his pattern. It is very important that Andy feel safe there and I feel the more we search for him the less he will be comfortable, it doesn’t serve any purpose because we cannot approach him he is too scared.
I will post updates and ask for help when needed because you are all the best!! Time for Andy to come home to his family!!! Xoxoxo
2/15/12 most calls of “possible” sightings continue to be in but NOT limited to the East Norwalk area. All are investigated thoroughly. At least a 10 mile radius from Westport/Norwalk and possibly further cannot be ruled out! Local volunteers continue to need help posting flyers, promoting community awareness, and physically checking ALL shelters. At this point the goal is to have enough reliable sightings within a relatively small area so traps and night video cameras can be relocated as appropriate. Andy’s parents are diligently working with multiple consultants and experts, and are still exploring any and all options.
2/18/12 Andy and Ozzy on Channel 12 Connecticut’s “Pet Talk”
2/24/12 Karin TarQwyn, a nationally renouned Private Investigator and missing dog expert has joined the search for Andy. Karin and her 5 tracking dogs are on their way from NE to CT. Please keep sharing Andy’s flyer far and wide. Based on the pattern of most recent sightings, they are expanding the search area! “Any and all eyes, ears and cross posting is much appreciated.”
Please keep up the prayers and good vibes. check his Facebook page for the most current updates and specific requests for assistance. THANK YOU if you are able to help in any way.
