Every night my mom and dad go to their fancy thinking boxes and play. That room is really my room, where I can drag out all my toys and blankets, trash the place and have fun! But I let them put their fancy thinking boxes and these desks in there too so they can spend more time close by me. Last night, I finally got my very own place on the fancy thinking boxes! Now Mama tells me that I can make friends and visit with other dogs! Whats better then going for a visit....or better yet...whats better then people and dogs come to visit you!! I LOVE visitors! Visitors are the best...especially when they are only coming to see me! I cant wait to climb in mama's lap, check out this cool place and meet some good friends!
Mama says that soon I will meet other dogs just like me, with human parents who love Staffordshire Terriers too! A lot of people see me and call me a pit bull...but I'm not a pit bull and I don't like what people say about pit bulls. I don't do those sorts of horrible things. Growl at someone? Thats silly!! I want to make friends! Bite someone?! NO WAY!! Hurt someone?! Whoa! That is super duper really bad! And Im not a bad dog....Mama tells me all the time Im the best dog in the world! (How does she know all the dogs in the whole world anyway??) So I am glad to finally get to know some good Staffies and other dogs just like me. Maybe one day, people wont think I'm a bad dog, but see how adorable and fabulous and handsome and sweet and loving and cute and wonderful and great and amazing and talented and oh yeah handsome I really am (did I say how handsome I am?? Well its true!!)

Today, I was playing in my big backyard, when I found a tiny little section of the fence that wasn't nearly as strong as me! (and everyone knows Amstaffs are super strong for our size!) All Mom and Dad heard was my howling in happiness all the way down the block.
But my favorite uncle, Uncle Owen, loves to take me for super long walks around the whooooole neighborhood. So I'm much smarter then Mom and Dad give me credit for. I know that you only walk on the side walks and you cross the street looking both ways. I know all the rules, but Mom and Dad just don't trust me. And most importantly, I know my own way home. When I hear Mama whistling and calling for me from the front yard, I came home right away like a good Amstaff does! I came running and ran right to her arms and right into the house. Just in time for a cookie! I always get cookies when I find my own way home.
Even though Mom and Dad worry about me when I'm out by myself, I am always a very good dog! This time was no exception! But gosh...now I am exhausted! It's hard working taking yourself for a walk!!
P.S. I saw Dad with his hammer....I think he fixed my fence. *huffs*
