Arrival Story:
we where walking in the palisades mall and stopped at their pet shop ( we stopped there regualry to play with the pups since they dont get out of those cages much.. :(.), and I always go in to yell at the employees about how the animals look miserable and they should let them play outside the box in the wall. We then saw a lil thing trembeling in the lower half of the wall and a sign that read" $500.00 , please buy me". I was told that je ahs been moved around different pet shops becasue he was to old to sell and nobody thought he was cute !. I couldnt belive what i was hearing. And i asked how old he was, only 5 months old!!. He was a sad looking hitng with itchy red skin and watery eyes, and he looked terrified. so i asked to see him and when he was let donw on the floor to play he was so happy. He jumped into my arms and licked my face, chewed on my boot laces as i sat on the floor with him. i fell in love instantly. My husband was asking me all day what i wanted for Valentines day and i didnt know untill i saw him. I asked if we could take him because he would be the best gift. And so came out the credit card ..the best part..he was mine!!!! I did ask about his conditon and the pet store lied to me saying he never got sick.. on his paper that was given to me on the way out stated invery small print that he was treated to kennel cough 5 day prior. We took him to our vet in the humane society and he had an eye infection and skin infection..isnt that sad. We treated him and he is now in perfect health. We are very lucky to have him in our lives and he is happy to own us..:)
