Daddy left us. he had to go away for work for 6 whole weeks. Mom is kind of sad, but Miss and I have been trying to show her lots of love. Mom carries me upstairs each night so that I can sleep with her and Miss in her and Dad's room. Oh, yeah...we moved into a big new house and it has stairs that I can't climb, but Miss is a pro at it. We got to sleep ont he bed last night, but when we don't I sleep at the base of the bed on Mom's side and Miss usually goes under the bed.
Our new house has lost of grass in the backyard and our yard is big! There is plenty of shade, too with all the trees.
I miss Daddy already, but we know he will be back and we can't wait to see him when he does. Mom missed him already and so does Miss, but we are protecting Mom and keeping a close eye on her.
I love my Daddy and Mama!

So Mom decided to help me update my diary.
I have gotten a lot of advice on my little pimples. Thank you to all my friends here. Mom has been home with us since before Christmas and we have been beyond spoiled by sleeping on the bed with her, lots of treats and love, car rides and play time. Miss and I keep her warm and protected when she is sick, too.
The weather has been very nice and warm, so we have spent many days sunbathing by the pool. I have a nice tan! (snort, snort!) Just kidding. Other days have been rather cold and windy, that is when we get to stay nice a cozy in the house and sit my the pellet stove on our beds with our blankets to enjoy the fire.
Mom and Dad have been planting lots of flowers and produce that will soon bloom. I will have so many things pretty things to see and smell.
This weekend I got to go for a long car ride to Watsonville with Mom. We went to see some family. It was nice. Mom took me to petco for some things before getting on the road and she bought me a cheeseburger, too. She rolled down the back windows and I got to feel the wind blowin' in my face. Dad put our travel hammock in the car, and we get to go for car rides more, because we don't get hair all over now. Miss and I love it and we know where they keep the treats-in the pockets-sometimes Mom doesn't get it snapped shut and we can get them out.
Mom and I had a nice weekend with family. I didn't like it when she left. I thought she was going home without but she would soon return. She was with me most of the time and I was happy. I got a lot of attention from everyone else too. I sat in the sun with the all the girls on Sunday afternoon, and mom put a little chicken from dinner in my food bowl. We slept upstairs Friday nigh, but I had an upset tummy and kept waking Mom up to go outside to potty. She wasn't happy because she had to keep carrying me up the stairs since I can't get up them on my own with my leg. Saturday night we slept downstairs, but my tummy was okay then, however, it was much cooler downstairs than upstairs. Mom and and headed home Sunday after stopping by Coley's house. I did try to go home with Aunt Tracy on Saturday, but mom wouldn't let me. I was pretty pooped by then, so I slept the entire way home.
One more thing that I have benefited from, a lot, is cuddle time with mom. When we get to sleep on the bed-which is almost every night, I get to cuddle with her. She rubs my belly and scratched my ears until she falls asleep. It is quite nice; until I get hot and move to the end of the bed.
I am truely one pampered pup...and I love every minute of it.

I am still very spoiled. For Christmas, Grandma and Grandpa sent lots of treats for us to put in our stockings. Mom got some really yummy treats that she says are good for our teeth and breath. Mom did something really special this year-she made our treats! My favorite are the BBQ ones that are shaped like bones.
Dad has been spoiling us with letting us sleep on the bed a lot lately. Mom says Miss and I hog the bed too much, though when we are on the bed.

Mom has been sick and Missi and I have been staying close, as has been daddy. Daddy built a fire last night for momma and it was cozy in the living room. I got to go up on the bed with mom this morning, because I'm such a good cuddler.
We have been rather spoiled of late with being able to sleep on the bed. We get to be on the bed a couple times a week, but mom says it is too hard for her to sleep when we are on the bed with both of them because we make her sleep funny. We just like to stay close and keep her safe, but she still lets us come on the bed one or two times a week, and that is so great! We get so spoiled and we absolutely love it...and mom and dad!

Mom and Dad helped me celebrate my 2nd Birthday this evening! I turned two on Mom's graduation day from University of Phoenix and she kind of forgot, but she promised to help me celebrate once things calmed down a bit.
This evening was a big celebration! Well, not so big, it was just Miss, Mom, Dad and me. She got each of us a dog bone shaped cookie and frosted them with peanut butter. I got a little extra peanut butter on mine. Although it was MY day, mom was a bit upset because I wouldn't cooperate for her to get a good picture-so she got a couple of me enjoying my cookie. No funky hats for me like Missi-NO WAY!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!! Mom and dad always know how to make me feel special.
I think it really started last night, because of my bum leg I can't jump and get on the furniture like Missi can. Missi is always getting up on the couch. Mom felt bad for me last night and brought me up on the bed where her and I cuddled and snored together all night. It was so great!

Missi (the beautiful white bulldog) and me with our mom last weekend. We are so proud of our mommy. She has been in school a long time and finally graduated from the University of Phoenix with her Bachelor's degree.
Of course, with that came a big celebration! I got to see lots of family and introduce Missi to everyone. It was the first time she met mommy's parents and aunts and uncles. Miss and I were is heaven, we were so spoiled by everyone.
There was also a big party with family and lots of friends-and of course everyone shared their scraps with us and we were just so spoiled. Missi was so excited to meet everyone, but we were sad when everyone left. Missi is still looking for our visitors even though they have been gone so long already. She just wanders from room to room in search of everyone, but they all had to get back to their homes.
Mommy continues to spoil us, though, as usual. She told me that we get to celebrate my birthday soon. I'm getting excited! We had these great bones frosted with peanut butter for Missi's birthday in June. I can't wait to see what she brings home for my birthday treat!

Dad had to have PG&E do an emergency shutoff on Tuesday, so our house didn't go up in smoke. he had to change out the electrical box and all its breakers. It was 102 degrees that day!!! Boy was it hot. Mom and Dad kept lots of cold water in our dishes and Mom took ot us for a nice long ride in the car with the air conditioner all the way up.
We got lots of attention from the guys that came over to help dad, and we didn't like it when mom made us come back in. However, she gave us nice cool bath to keep us cooled down, and we were fine the rest of the night. She just dried us a little after we did our shaky-shake. She wanted to stay cool as long as we could with the heat. It did cool off to the mid 70's and dad pu a fan in the window and the bedrrom cooled off nicely. Our neighbor let us run an extension cord from her house to run the fridge and a coupe fans for the day and evening.
Wednesday morning the power was back on and we were so happy.

I'm still up with mom right now and she thought she would help me write an entry. Miss is in bed with Dad. We continue to be spoiled. Mom got us a new thing for the car when we go for rides. It is a hammock. It will protect us while protecting mom's car interior. One end attaches to the back of the front seats and th other to the headrests of th backseats. It will protects from any sudden stops of braking mom ever has to make s that we don't fall off the back seat and her interior from our hair and any odors.
Mom has been sick a lot lately, and she was sick this pat week. While she was home, we got to take long naps with her and she spoiled us with filling our marrow bones with peanut butter.
This evening mom and dad had visitors and dad shared a little bit of steak with us. Of course, we got lost of attention from our visitors.
