Life gets sooo QUAZY sometimes!

Hey all!

Oh how I have missed you! Mommy and I have been MIA for a while. Everytime mommy thinks that shes able to spend some time on here she is side tracked! My paws are too tiny to type sooooo...sorry!

Life has been great! This past week we had a puppy pal of mine stay over! She is SOOOO big compared to me! I'm only 11 lbs and she's 40 LBS! She was playing with me...and we were playing tug-a-war with one of my...er...I mean HER toys...and she was able to actually pry it out of my mouth...so I jumped off the couch and ran half way down the hall way waiting for her to throw it to me!!!! I couldn't understand why mommy and daddy were laughing SO hard! I guess other doggies arent supposed to be able to throw like "humans"..whatever that means! Aren' t we all the same anyways? LOL!
Mommy even told my gramma on the phone that I was trying to get a dog to throw a toy for me! Weird!!!!!

So I have to tell you what happened over christmas!!!!!!!!
Well it was actually NEW YEARS EVE! Mommy and Daddy had plans to go out with some friends...and I DECIDED that I didn't want to be left alone. So I got into the garbage...where daddy had thrown out a whole box of dark unsweetened chocolate! I ate about 4-5 of these chocolates!!!!!!!!! YUMMY!!!!!
Mommy was VERY VERY VERY upset with me...AND daddy! So I was "rushed" to the emergency MR. vet....which apparently cost mommy alot of MONEY! I was very sick, and had to have charcoal pushed down my throat practically! Needless to say I got to have mommy and daddy to myself that night, instead of them going out for dinner and drinks! That was my plan all along...*wink, wink*:)

So we have had quite the eventful time...mommy has now informed me that I will no longer be allowed to be the ring bearer. Daddy says that it's "stupid"... mommy isn't too impressed. Mommy's response was " Typical guy"!
So I'm afraid you will not see me in a handsome tuxedo like I was hoping! For all you ladies out there...I apologize!

My weekend adventures...

Hey guys,

My goodness I am a busy boy these days! Last weekend we were up at the cabin, swimming, hiking, hunting(well I was looking for squirrels to chase)...and eating marshmallows (I snuck a few)! It was a lot of fun!!! I am so disappointed to hear mommy say that I have to go to the babysitters house for this weekend though! Mommy and Daddy are going up to a friends cottage, where there are no dogs allowed! *sigh* So I am gonna stay back here, while they go and have fun...*wimper* *sniff, sniff*
I heard that I get to play with a BIG dog this weekend though!!!! ARRROOOOO! Oh BOY! Mommy says that I have a tendancy to drive Big Dogs crazy! I think they are just jealous of my good looks though! I strutt my stuff and they roll their eyes! So I turn my nose up at them in return....HMM!
Hahahaha! So anyway I will have to let you all know how the weekend went once I am home on Monday. Wish me luck though! This is a HUsky dog that I am hanging out with...mommy LOVES husky dogs...but I'm not so sure what I think yet!

If you didn't already see.... I posted some pictures of me swimming! SO FUN! Mommy laughs at me, cause my back end automatically float to the top!

Camping Mania!

Well these last few weeks have been quite the adventure for me! Mommy and daddy and Gramma took me up to Wasaga beach (largest fresh water beach in the world) and I went swimming for the first time! Mommy put me on her floating mattress thing when I was tired etc...I got to roll in the sand etc. VERY fun. I saw all the saeguls around me and I even got to chase one!!! Mommy was very upset with me about that...I guess she was telling me to stop and I didn't hear her...I ran pretty far too! So after that I was on my leash...BLAH! Anyways...so my new adventure is...this weekend we are going up to my grampa's cabin way up north. We are gonna go there for 4 days with some of mommy and daddy's friends. We get to go canoeing...and swimming...and hiking...and eating marshmallows (well...mommy says they aren't for me...but I'm sure someone will drop one at some point)! Mommy says that I have to stay close to her though, cause there are bears around! I have never seen a bear...the way mommy acts though...I am assuming I won't even get a chance to play with the fuzzy bear!! *sigh*

Anyways...I am very excited and can't wait to tell you all about it when I get home! So I will talk to you all later:)

A trail, and a husky...all the more adventure!

Hey pals,

It sure has been a long time since I have been on here...but I am BACK!!! ARRRROOOOOOO! Just thought I should announce that...*snicker, snicker*...I have to say I am getting much more brave these days. I have grown quite a bit since I last updated you all...I am 11.8 lbs. WOW! But I am still small. Mommy was walking me the other day in this conservation area...we were on a path going through the woods when out of NO where...a husky came running from the bushes right at me! Mommy quickly scooped me up, not sure if the dog was friendly...she seemed a little aggressive at frist...mommy looked for a collar and there was nothing on her. She was pretty skinny too...but mommy soon realized (as the dog was following us up the trail) that the dog was lost...the doggy started to cry looking for her owner. Mommy and I both felt bad , so little ol' me...went and put my paw around her, and tried to console this poor lost doggy. Mommy and I searched high and low - but there was no one! Mommy didn't want to just leave her...or even walk up to her car, cause the car was parked by a very busy road...and we didn't want her just wandering off...so we stayed for a little while longer. The doggy and I started to play, and she was actually quite friendly! Just as we were getting comfortable with eachother mommy found her owner! We found out that her name was sasha! She was so nice...as we were walking away we could hear Sasha getting in trouble from her owner...I guess she had run off....poor girl...mommy says that we may meet up with Sasha and her mommy at the dog park. That would be SO much fun!
So that's my update for the day. I am glad to be back on here!

We might be MOVING!

WELL Mommy and Daddy may have just bought their first house! The other night they were so excited and talking about how we might be moving into our first home! Our very own home! Its a townhouse...and mommy says that I am not allowed to chew on anything...and I have to be a very VERY good boy when we first move. With all those boxes and things to get into I just don't know what I will do with myself! Mommy says she may send me to daycare for the moving day...cause there will be so much to do, and not alot of time for me to play...so it would be better if I went to play with new pals at the doggy daycare centre and not be locked up in my crate!
But I think I want to help out with all the moving! Mommy says that all of their friends get pizza and snacks for helping...WHAT ABOUT ME? I sure would love that! *snicker snicker*
We aren't moving far from where we are right now...its only about 10 minutes away...but the great thing is...theres a HUGE baseball field to run around in near our new house!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I will keep you updated. Mommy says we aren't moving until the end of May! Maybe if I keep my paws crossed....we can move in earlier!

How could mommy understand!?!?!

I over heard mommy on the phone yesterday with the Vet! She said something about a snipp snipp...and me...whatever that means! So here is the verdict my friends! I am going in for my "Surgery"...on March 13th!!! Mommy sat me down and explained that she will have to drop me off in the morning, and pick me up at night. I will have to stay with the Vet ALLLLLLLLLLLLL day! Yikes! My little knees knock together...just thinking about it! So if you think of me on that day please send little prayers that I will be ok. Mommy says she's a little nervous about this...which makes me nervous!
Why do I even have to go to the Vet for this "surgery" anyways? I'm a boy and taking this away from me...is taking my manhood away!!! How could she understand that?!?!?!?! LOL.....Well enough complaining. It looks as if mommy has made up her mind...there is no way out of this.

Ooooooooooooooooooo I could try to charm my way out of the vets office! All the ladies that work there swoon over me...anytime Im there...maybe I could work my magic! I'll keep you all posted!

I LOST-ED A TOOTHER!!

OMD! What in the world was I chewing mommy asked? It was a TOOTH! CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP....ARRROOOORRRORORORROOOOOOOOOOO! It HURT-ED, But at the same time I wanted to eat it! Again mommy says I am a little S-T-R-A-N-G-E...BOL!!! Oh well! A few hours later...to mommy's SURPRISE...I lost ANOTHER tooth!!!?!?!?! Have MERCY! Mommy laughed! I was NOT laughing however. I just knew that I had to keep chewing...cause these little toothers were just aching...

So mommy says that the TOOTHWOOF- FAIRY will be visiting. She says to hide my toothers under the pillow...well my crate...and then I will get doggy treats for each toother I lost! YIPPEE!!!!!

So wish me luck everypup! I wanna get LOADS of treats! All I have to say is SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Snow Snow, and MORE snow....

My little Tootsies are so cold! When I try to go potty outside I am shaking its JUST SO COLD! The other day it was -25!!! Can you believe that? Mommy tried to bundle me up so I wasn't so cold...but even my pee, and poop froze! My pal MTB...had the same thing happen to her out in Ottawa! I can't wait until summer! Mommy says she is trying to come up with creative ways to "take me for a walk"... I just hate the booties that she tries to put on me. Anyways as for everything else mommy says I am very well behaved. I am still not in puppy school. Mommy says that there is a specific instructor that she wants me to learn from. He trains dogs that are in Dog shows and movies. hahaha! Wouldn't that be cool if I were a movie star??? hahaha! Kidding. I don't think that would happen! Althought there is that one fellow named Frankie that is in MEN IN BLACK II! He is a PUG! I could try to do a role like that maybe!
Anyways I am excited for summer cause mommy says that we can go up to the cottage(up north) to go hiking and swimming in the lake....and we are also going to be going to BC where my gwamma is and all of my mommy's family...so I can run around with my cousins! That would be so much fun. I like winter but to be honest I get to be outside more when it is warmer! So that is what I am looking forward to!

Anyways thats it for now...I should go....time for a nap!!!!zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

I confess...I love to squeak!

Do any of you out there have the same problem? Actually I don't know if you would call it a problem - but something along those lines! Back when I was 2 months old my Gwamma Susanna bought me a little squeaky bone! Ever since I could carry it around...I have been obsessed with having it ALL the time. Even this christmas Santa Paws got me ALOT of really squeaky toys...but I can't trade my lil'old bone in - for some newer toy!
So I stand there...with the bone in my mouth and I squeak! I walk down the hall way...and still....I squeak! I won't put the bone down on the floor and then squeak it - it has to be in my mouth- and then I'll squeak!

And get this!!!!! Just when you think I am on the borderline of "puppy crazy"....I go outside to do my pee business...and I have to hold it in my mouth even then!
Mommy thinks its really funny and cute! What does she know? This is an obsession I tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!
Squeak, Squeak, Squeak, SQUEAK!!!!!
I should get mommy to post a picture of me with it! hahahahaha!

So off I go, to squeak some more! I hope Gwamma Susanna knew what she was doing by getting me this bone!
I just love it!!!!
