Big Show and the City...

My B-DAY partay!!

I found out that my mama and papa are throwing me a surprise first birthday party! I overhead them talking about all the goodies they are going to have and how they are going to make doggie bags for my pup-friends when I was in the living room pretending to be chewing my bone! I was so excited I almost peed - but I've been getting better at that! I wonder who will be there!!!! I wonder what presents I'll get - I thought I had so many toys, but for some reason mama keeps throwing them out just when I' start ripping it apart - doesn't she know that's how you play with toys? She's such a square, always dragging that loud machine around the house that sucks stuff up. I hate when she does that, especially when she goes near Mr. Bunny Rabbit! Why can't she mellow out like my papa and let me be?? I'm soooo glad I stopped liking girls after they took me to the man with the white coat. Ohh, maybe I can get a new sweater - my Charlie Brown one is super cool, but it's getting a bit tight in the armpits and Mama says they don't make them any bigger - I think my boys at Ritzy laugh at me behind my back, I think I heard one of them snicker about my "half-shirt". I just hope my friends don't eat all my goodies, otherwise I'll have to show everyone why they call me the "Big Show"!

Booo, bad haircut!

It's my birthday tomorrow and mama and papa asked Grandma and Uncle Freddy to take me to get a haircut. I heard mama say "trim" and I was like, ok, even though I hate haircuts, I wouldn't mind looked dapper on my birthday. THEY SHAVED ME!!!! I look so stupid, I don't even look like a Cocker Spaniel anymore. Now everyone is going to make fun of me at my bday party! I head mama call me ugly... I'm so sad. Please don't laugh at me....

I'm a big boy today!

It's my birthday!!! Oh boy, oh boy! Grandma and Uncle Freddy are coming tonight and Mama said that I get a special meal of beef and rice and also a slice of Junior's cheesecake! I dunno what cheesecake is, but so long as I hear cheese, I'm down! I can't wait!

So on Sunday, mama and papa threw me a big birthday party! All my dog friends came and we had loads of fun - we ran around, ate lotsa food, sniffed lots of butts, and peed and pooed everywhere and no one got mad! Mama even made pupcakes! They were so yummy - we even got to steal some human food - well actually, Butter did most of the stealing, he's so quick he'll take the food right out of your mouth! Tyson peed everywhere a million times and Casper was the self-appointed bodyguard for all of the little guys. I was so pooped at the end, I slept all the way home. When we got home, I got to open all of my presents! I got so many that mama said that they don't need to buy anything for years to come! Thank you all for making my first bday super! WOOF WOOF!
