Baby Brother

My mom had been telling me for months about a "baby" and now she's really serious. At first I let him do his thing, I didn't want to give him kisses or anything, but he keeps waking me up in the middle of the night, so I have to give him kisses. Everytime I give him a kiss he stops screaming and starts to smile! He's getting bigger every day and mom says one day he'll be pulling on my ears, but until then I shall just kiss him and help babysit! Woof woof for now, I have to catch up on some zzzz's!

So a lot has happened since I last wrote! I have a new baby brother Riley, we sold our house and now have a much bigger house... my mom likes to say I get my own room... I don't see this happening though! My new brother Riley has even more energy than I do... my dad says I'm getting old, so every time people come over I have to jump up and down and get extremely excited just to prove to my dad I'm not old! I love playing with Riley except he loves to chase the hose and I think he's CRAZY!! FLYING WATER HELLO!!! But he's a good little brother I let him chew on my big ears and jump on me and he's getting pretty good with tug of war. He really likes to get squeeky toys and tease me by running around the house squeeking them! Oh and he likes to get my tennis balls too... now that's just pushing it, but I guess we have enough to share! Well I'm tired now, woof woof until next time!

Only child

Well it's now been almost a month after my little brother Nitro passed away. At first I was really lonely and sad and I kept sitting and looking out the front window waiting for someone to bring him back home. But since my aunt Ranell came over a bunch of times and my mom sometimes has days off where she can stay with me, I've been getting the all-star treatment! My mom and dad keep telling me that after we move they're going to get me another little brother and I can't wait! But until then I shall continue running back and forth along the fence with Hershey, my neighbor. I keep poking the fence boards out so I can let her into my backyard so we can really chase each other! Woof woof for now!

My new brother

Well it's been a week and a half since my new brother Nitro was brought home. At first I had no idea what he was.... he was sooo small. I also wasn't use to sharing my toys, my bed, and my mom and dad!! But now me and Nitro are best of friends. My grandma says it's amazing how I've grown up in the past week! I've learned how to play more nicely, I don't bark as loud, I even let Nitro sleep next to me sometimes (you know he needs my protection). I do have to show Nitro who is the boss sometimes, and I better do it now, because he's growing really fast and he's probably going to be bigger than me! WHOA!!! Well I'm going to go cuddle up with Nitro now because the air conditioning is a little chilly when it's 100 degrees outside!

Sprinklers

I recently learned to not be afraid of sprinklers! My mom would always throw the ball into the sprinklers on hot days.. is she crazy? there's flying water! I use to just run the other way and make her go into the water to get the ball herself. But now that I am almost two years old I thought I'd be brave and venture onto the grass where the sprinklers are. And WOWZERS! It was quite refreshing! Now I can't get enough of the sprinklers! I even think the water in the sprinklers taste better than the water in my bowl!
