WOW! do you see the stardate?
whoya! yah that is my birthday date!
mmmhmm I am now ................ oh who keeps track of age.
people say I act like a 5yr old.....so thats my story I am sticking too.....
okay really I am about 9 or 8 more likely 9.
but my mom picked this birthday date because this is when she and my family got me. this is the day they signed the adoption papers from goldenbond rescue, this is they day they picked me to be their forever child...I mean dog (hee hee), this is the day I became a part of a real family.
they love me soooo much and give me lots of pets and toys. they take me for walks and to dog parks and I get to be petted and loved by all kinds of people, they brush me so i dont get itchy and matted (although I don't like my tail brushed) they give me baths only when I get stinky not every month like some other poor doggies..... yah thats how much my mom and dad and little kids love me .
oh there are sooooo much more things I get to do but they are to numerous to count.

so bet you all have been wondering why I have not been writing or commenting much,
well I am gonna tell you.
my mom has to go to work and her first day will be tomorrow.
my dad has been laid up because of his hips......... some humans I guess get the same thing us big dogs do with our hips . any way soooooo he can't work until his surgery which is on the 23 of this month so keep him in your prayers and paws.
so she has been taking care of us and my human brother and sister and my dad.
now she will be gone......*sniff,sniff* HHHHOOOOOOWWWWWWLLLLLL!!!!
dad can't walk me so I will have to wait till mom gets home...................
so anyway that is why I can't seem to get onto the computer.......that and the cat seems to get wayyyyy more time than me........that is unfair!

but I am sure mom will be on top of it she always is when it comes to us
so that is why I will be very sparatic on my diary's and my groups.

wheeeeewwww!
it has been tooo long since i have writen!
i am very sorry mom has had me doing chores and she gets to the computer before me, i feel like cinderella!

not to much besides being worked like a slave dog has been going on,
mom and me have not been getting along well as of late.
well we do, it is just that I am a dog and she is not.
for instance , mud.
I like it , she does not.
one day she put me out side and well I thought she left me out there to die!
i mean i was out there forrrrreeevvva.
then the neighbors wellll they threw some bread crumbs out by the fence and i was soooooo hungry.
mom had fed me dinner but you know it was only one little tiny kibble, just one. soooo you know i was starved!( not to mention I am a golden and that means I have a never ending hunger.)
soooo what is a dog to do but dig, I mean really prisoners get bread and water right, I seen the movies of prison breaks they dig under the fences.
so thats what I did.
mom caught me though before I was IN the yard. my mouth was almost on those crumbs when what do I hear but mom yelling at me to stop.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRFFFFF!
OOOOOHHHH i was sooooooo muddy. mom was yelling at dad and me.
she was not happy. mom told dad that , that was it! I don't know what that ment but it didn't sound good. she drug me into the bathroom and well ....... yah that didn't work,as I was not helping...... and I should why? so she took me out to the front yard and turned on the ......oh it is sooo hard to talk about now... she turned the GREEN SNAKE OF DEATH on me.....yah thats right.
she tortured me with the green snake of death she washed all the wonderful mud off me. but not before i ran threw the house....BOL!

the other thing mom and I have not seen eye to eye on is food.... glorious food. for some reason her food smells better than mine and it tastes good too.
although not all of it settles in my tummy right, mom had to take me to the vet one day cause i had eaten something (I'll never tell anyone what it was either *blush*)
mom was again not happy. but I guess she loves me enough to take me to the vet. eeeeewwww! vet and love are not good in the same sentance!
any woof, so mom thinks that I should not eat people food, it is a good thing mom doesn't know about dad and I's little secrets....whoooofff!
except she did find out about the bones! that was not good! dad got in alot of trouble for that. see he left the pork chop bones in the sink. for me of course
cause if he just handed them to me mom would have known..... so he leaves things in the sink ..... i am pretty sure he does that for me.... see so at night in the wee hours when a dog gets the munchies I can get into the sink, which is sometimes a hassle. but oooohhh so worth it, sometimes.
anywoof, she found out that there were bones in the sink but not anymore,she knew who did what(mom's are just to smart!) and dad got introuble....poor dad....:(

I MET THE MAN! oh My goodness!
I did, I did, I met "the santa man"!
he was very scary to me, thats right I am dog enough to admit it.
He was all red and white and he jingled when he walked and he had black boots and white hair on his face , maybe he was a dog? mmmmm... no but really . MOM didn't let me stay in the house while he was talking to my human brother and sister.... mom knows how Protective I am of my kids..... actually her. I know I know I am a golden and most of us don't do that kinda thing, but she is my MOM , and well I don't kn0w this "santa" dude. He was way to noisey for me with those jingle things on his pants.
she did let me sniff him...... He smelled slightly like my neighbor Bob, now I like bob, him and me are pals. But even though he smelled like bob, I could not be sure.........
Now the cat he was so weird! he slept threw the whole thing!
how could you sleep threw "santa man".
when mom let me back in, I couldn't find him anywhere. he was just gone, I smelled him but he could not be found.
I hear he has flying dogs, but that is just a rumor I think.

in other news, note to all dogs....... do not try and help humans water the tree!
in anyway. I am a girl doggie so I don't do that fowl lift the leggie thing, and that is soooooo not what I am talking about. I mean real water.
mom was watering the tree and me being the helpful dog that I am, stuck my nose under the tree to help lift the branches........... yah that didn't go to well, i moved to many packages and poked my nose with some branches....OWWWWWWWW! not to mention mom din't seem to apreciative of my trying to help. talking about knocking down the tree and stuff.... what eve!
the cat is getting on my nerves as of late. keeps hissing at me and taking my spot on the bed..... if he is going breath on me like that he should brush his teeth or eat a greenie. and he should expect to be barked at. He acts like it is a big suprise that i let him know that he is in the way......mmmmrrrrrph.
and mom doesn't know that I know but He has been drinking out of MY water bowl! eeeewwwww.
I guess I am alittle crabby, sorry for that.
not much walking going on because of the weather and mom has been pretty sick.

OH MY GOSH it has been to long!
so many things so many things,
Christmas season seems to make humans go weird! WEIRD,WEIRD WEIRD!
I'm just sayen, I mean mom for instance is sooooooo tence that she went to the doc three times! and Dad oh my Dad just gets this blank look on his face and stares...... kinda like the cat does. my human kids and I are just fine , we can't wait till those packages under the big green tree are opened.

mmmm what else..... oh mom read this blog of a golden like me today and she got kinda mad..... apparently this golden(like me) ate something off the kitchen floor and their owner bonked them on the head and thumped their nose hard........ that just doesn't seem right! it was on the floor! GEEZ.
what is a dog to do! I mean mom gets mad at me when I allegedly counter surf or get something out of the garbage, but she never thumps me or bonks me.
that just didn't set well with mom.

mmmm what else .......... MOM hasn't been taking me for walks as much seems the weather has gotten bad, okay so it is Icey out and stuff.....still I mean what gives. I can walk.
I can't wait till santa comes!
and I gots my own blog now on blogger. that is fun, though it gets tough trying to kick mom off. she gets kinda testy.

RED ALERT, RED ALERT!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRWOOOOOF!
mom took me to the vet today!
just cause I was limping a little bit.......okay well not just a little bit, a whole lot bit. turns out my bones don't like the cold very well, and my arthritis acted up.... Oh heavens! I sound like an old lady!
I am NOT old! I refuse to accept it, I shall jump when I want , and I shall run when I want! well okay as long as mom gives me my "ol lady" pills that keep my bones happier I guess I'll get to do those things.
And another thing happened ...... yesterday..... yeah mom forgot to put the doggie bisket box up and well I was hungery so I ate the whole thing, mmmm yum! it was a brand new box..... they wern't stale BOL!
mom called the vet on that one too. needless to say she did NOT feed me any dinner! I could have eaten!....... well truth be told i really wasn't hungry, my tummy was upset, oh I didn't barf or anything but I defently wasn't feeling good. oh well life goes on.
now i am on strict supervision 8( . my mom made some finger jesture to me like her two fingers pointing to her eyes then she pointed to me..... mmmmm I would like to give her a paw jeshter too...... but I am a lady!
oh and get this...... mom just made me a blog.
