On Tuesday my husband walked past a Pets Paradise. Because he knew the story of how Sieglinde came to live with me, he had a look in their window. It had to be fate, because there was a little female rottie with a tail in the shop. Anyway, he decided Valkyrie needed a little sister, since she had just lost her big sister, so now she has Freya to teach. Mind you, Freya's cat-brothers are already trying to teach her who is boss - them. I suppose seeing she is going to outweigh them very soon, it mightn't be a bad idea. I'm pretty sure this is the first time any of the Muttley Crew have been so honoured. The Downunder Gang get awards far more often - usually Ra. I suspect the Diary Gal at Catster has trouble ignoring his adorable face.
The Diary Picks always kind of surprise me - none of us are regular writers. Just a bit now and then it something worth talking about happens. And even then sometimes we don't get around to it.
