THE FUR CHILD REPORT

It's snowing;

and it is beautiful.

The flakes are huge; soft and gently falling... the temperature is hovering around 0 (26F), and I have lost so much hair the spring in my step is matching the season. The branches on the trees are covered in an inch thick layer of heavy snow... so pretty!

They put the winter coat on me this morning; but could only find the size large... it didn't take long to 'lose that' on my travels around the block... but, it's so warm I really didn't need it.

This is probably our last snowfall, before we get a huge melt... we didn't really need more moisture, but it is so lovely this morning.

I had a good sleep last night and woke up this morning full of 'it'.... I found the Scotties Little Softie (supposedly being used for an Easter decoration) and chewed it's topknot good (maybe I'm experiencing topknot envy)....

I have been scratching and trying to catch my tail (which is no longer catchable... bol).

We have company coming for lunch and Mommy doesn't want to drive in the snow; so she has to figure out what we have 'on hand'.... what about me... what's 'on paw?'

What's 'on paw' turned out to be 1/2 a boiled egg.... 1st time; and I liked it... wanted more, but once again she didn't heed my 'look' -(((( That Mom may need some retraining!
