It is with heavy heart this entry is being written. I thought I was fine even though I had slowed down some. Saturday I started having trouble getting up. Mommy would help me stand. By Sunday afternoon it started to get worse and by that evening I couldn't stand at all. Daddy had to carry me to the backyard. Mommy and Daddy planned to take me to the Vet's in the morning. But in the early morning hours I started to have seizures one after the other. I could see the look in my Mommies face. She kept trying to comfort me and assure me it was going to be ok. My Daddy had gone to work that night so he was not home. Mommy didn't sleep at all that night. Auntie Freida
came in the morning I could see she was upset. I let them know it was time for me to go. They took me to the Vets and Daddy met us there. I had been with my Vet for 12 years and for a doctor he wasn't too bad. They all talked and the decision was made and with Mommy, Daddy and Aunt Freida they were with me when I went to the bridge. I was one lucky boy because I had so many people that loved me. They are all very sad but they will look after my Mommy and Daddy as they try to cope. I am looking down on them now and I am healthy and well. I loved being a part of Dogster. I am off to play in heaven. I will see you all again.

Barry, welcome to the Rainbow Bridge. Here we have no pain and we are free to romp and play all day long. I hope you will come and visit me. I think you are very handsome.
To Barry's family, we are very sorry for your loss. There are just no words that can make you feel better. We send our deepest condolences.
