Best Tricks: I give my paw, but usually only when food is involved (you want me to do it for nothing?!). I also give kisses on command and I know Leave It, Down, Roll Over. I'm working on increasing my skills as Mom says I'm a quick learner.
Arrival Story: Growing up, my mom always wanted a dog, but alas, her mother was not an animal lover. My Dad finally gave in and agreed they could get a dog but only if my mom was the one to get up in the middle of the night when needed. To date, she does 98% of the time - even when those nasty skunks were taking up residence in the back of the yard. Dad helps out a lot too. He can't resist my cuteness.

My birth mother was bred late in her cycle and the breeder (Shultz's Schnauzers in PA) thinks they caught the last egg. I was being called Uno when I was first born and the breeder and her family were so in love with me, they thought about keeping me. Luckily they entrusted me to Mommy and Daddy!

Happy Summer! This is definitely my favorite time of the year. I get to stay outside longer, sniff grass, walk, play. You can't beat it! I even got to go away with Mom and Dad to the beach. It was lots of fun.

I want to wish all of my Pup Pals and anyone reading this a very Happy Halloween and Happy Fall! My Nana made me a really nice Halloween sweater that I will be wearing as I greet all those cute little trick-or-treaters. Hopefully Mom will take some good photos and update my page soon! She has been so busy with her blog and other things but I keep nagging her so keep checking back for updates!
