I've Been On Dogster Since:
Another one of my ferret friends died yesterday, he was very old for a ferret and had live a long and adventurous life before Mom and Dad got him from a nice man named Tim.
Dad told me that George had died and I laid down on the floor so Dad could rub my tummy. I needed it, so did Dad. Mom was crying when she got home from work, so I plopped my big head in her lap and made sure that she was OK. Mom and Dad say that I'm a very special dog like that because I seem to really know when they need a Pyr hug , a belly or a big dumpster head to scratch.
Dad said that George died of cancer, something called lymphosarcoma. Dad took George's body to the vet so they could make sure that what killed George wouldn't be passed to the rest of us.... fortunatly it won't.
Rest In Peace George. I know you're somewhere playing with Spike, Tigger and Max , Granddaddy's Buppy and Kitty Blue, Mom's dog Sam and her kitties IzzyB and Sarah, and Aunt Donna' s dog Tinker and Great Granddaddy Stewart's beagle, Mr. Mac. We'll all see you again
Well, we were gonna go to Barktoberfest today, butit got rained out. Don't they know that Pyr's love the mud? sheesh....
So Mom and Dad took Finnegan and I down to Old Town Alexandria today. We got to walk around and get love from almost everyone we met. I got love from a very little girl, and Mom and Dad told what a good boy I was 'cause I bowed my head to her like she was a princess so she could scratch my head.
Finn was kinda nervous 'cause he'd never been around this many people, but Mom, Dad and I helped him feel comfortable enough that when we found a big group of other dogs, he wanted to play. All the other dogs were friendly except for the Chihuahuas, why do they think they're so tough? Don't they know all I'd have to do is sit on one?
We also went by Petsmart, cause I needed a new halter and leash... the leash especially 'cause Gizmo peed on my leash and well.... damn...
Mom picked out some cookies for Finn and I, and then she bought some stuff to make cookies for us.... she and Dad sure love us.
Dad got some new pictures of Finn and I, you can see a couple on my Dogster page... I'm getting pretty big, I'm about 75lbs now. Sosi, my dog dad is about 135lbs, so I still have alot of growing to do
