OH NO I NEED A HOME AGAIN!!!

I moved to Colorado, but my Utah mommy got this message today:

We had to tke Snoopy to the animal Control becaus he kept messing in
the
house. They promised that they will fin him a good home. We had to
replace
the carpet in the laundry room, and he went again, Sorry we had to do
that,

She is hoping someone will come to Mesa County Animal Services and get me or contact her so she can help me. I am on a new medication and have only had problems with going potty in the house for about a month. I am trying to be a good boy and I think that if a vet adjusts my medications I will be good. Will you consider giving me a good home, pretty please? I am desperately seeking my forever home.
