1: I love to lick cat ears! Yummm!

2: If one of our kitties is sitting in the doorway I'm afraid to walk past them...so I just sit and whine until mommy or daddy move them.

3:Some mean lady said when mommy adopted me that I would eat my brother Murphy because I'm a vicious pitbull! I'm so vicious that I let murphy practically chew my legs off every night when he's playing with me- and I never do so much as blink an eye- those vicious bichons!

4:Mommy calls me stinker winker binker doo! I'm smelly....

5: I love to eat anything that looks edible especially cat poop!

6: ummmm.... I had a brother named Jacob who came with me from Philadelphia to the shelter here in DE where mommy adopted me from, it will be super neat if I ever run into him on dogster!

I just got an email saying my picture is going to be featured as one of the smiling doggies in THE BARK magazine next month!
We're soooo excited- cuz it's our favorite magazine ;)

Woe is William!!

I had dug a beautiful hole out back behind the bush next to the fence. Unfortunately my measures to conceal my pride and joy were futile- mommy found my hole a few days ago and put a big 'ol board next to the fence over top of my hole. That wasn't so bad though because I continued to joyfully dig underneath that board.... but then my rotten mommy came out with a metal thing at the end of this long stick and started to dig the misplaced dirt back into my hole!! She was mumbling something about me burying the sidewalk- er we used to have a sidewalk at one point.... Woe is William- for I have lost my tresured hole... I will search for a better more hidden spot as soon as mommy lets her guard down.....SHHHHHH!

I Swim!!

Yesterday I discovered that if I kick all of my legs when I go in the water I float instead of sink! Boy was I missing out before! I'm a fishy- bloop, bloop

MMM...Tree's

Today I discovered a new and tasty treat! Tree bark!
I completely peeled all of the bark down off of one of the bushes in the backyard- I didn't gnaw it, I peeled it like a banana- it was good fun- and tasty too!

OWWWWWWWW!!

Today was very depressing- I knew something was up when mom started gathering some of my favorite toys up and putting them into one of those plastic grocery bags!
SO... When mom got my leash and tried to take me out by myself I WAS NOT about to go- but then Sheba came too so I thought it was safe...
SHE TRICKED ME!!
I went into the nice work place with her- but this time they weren't very nice to me! They poked me with a needle and I got reallly Woooooozy....
When I woke up my mouth really hurt I cried and cried (mostly just for the attention though ;0)
Mommy tried to comfort me- she says I had to get my puppy canine pulled b/c I had all of my adult teeth already and the vet said it wouldn't fall out on it's own. And then I was relieved when we were getting ready to go home.
But I was still a little woozy- so I got a little sick on the way .
I made sure I got lots of attention when we got home by whining and making everyone pick me up and cuddle- but then I made the mistake of letting them catch me running and playing with my sister outside- so my game was up!
OH well I'm so cute that I always get lots of attention anyway!!

My first trip to the dog park

Today was very exciting- mommy and daddy piled us all into the car and we went to a wonderful fun place! There was a huge puddle of water mommy calls a pond- and when I went to take a drink I ran in and...why didn't someone tell me ponds were so deep? I'm a good swimmer, but I'm not sure if I like swimming...
I spent most of the day following around every new person I met, and listening to them talk about how cute I am. The rest of the day I just hid between mommy or daddy's legs - how was I supposed to know that no one was trying to eat me?!

My first bath!

Mommy took me into her work at the vet hospital today! At first it was awesome- I got to cuddle with everyone and play with Lance the poodle (ok, so I hid from him at first- but how was I supposed to know he wouldn't eat me?) Everyone said how cute and sweet I was.... and I hung out in the office and Dr. T took my picture and I was so adored! Then....
Next thing I know I'm on this weird rack and my mommy is pouring water all over me! She even tried to distract me with treats to trick me into liking it -ok so it might have worked a little! give me a break I'm just a puppy, I've got weak resistance!

My new home

I William the great am emBARKing on an incredible journey! Yesterday I was jus' a sittin' in the dog pound feeling very lonely (cuz my brother Jacob was stuck in isolation with demodectic mange -the not contagious kind) and I had no idea that my life was going to change forever and lonely no more would William be!
It was right before dinner time (I know this because I had quite a case of the tummy grumbles) when a kind lady came in and we took a stroll out to the pasture, but this was no normal stroll! There were three other doggies out in the pasture! Boy was I nervous! So I went to meet these new pups and I found out that I was going to go home and have a mommy and daddy and two sisters to play with and a brother who completely ignores me!

I didn't know what to think, I didn't want to get in the car at first- but then I decided that my new mom might need my help driving- turns out she didn't....
Then we get home and there's so much to explore! But I think it would be much safer for me if I stick as close to my new mom and dad as possible- especially since there are all of these strange creatures here- I'm not sure what they are- they are small with big round eyes and they make odd hissing noises and seem to get bigger when I get too close, I think I need to keep as much distance as possible from these hostile creatures, watch from a distance and collect more information.....

I have a big space all to myself that mommy and daddy say I need to stay in when their asleep- until I'm potty trained, I'm not sure what they mean - I think I make perfectly good puddles on the floor....
But that's fine with me because it's the perfect place to store all of my new belongings! (and everyone elses) Maybe if I fill it up there won't be any room for me to sleep they'll let me sleep on the bed like my sisters and brother?
*Whew that's alot of writing for a pup as small as me- Yawn!! Sweepy times!*
