I was very frightened one day when I had lots of pain in my back and I cried and cried to my mommy. She took me to the doctor and he fixed me with a shot, but it still hurt and I couldnt tell my mommy. Then a few weeks later, I really hurt my back after too much swimming, my mommy made an apt to see the vet because she saw me limping. When she came home to get me I couldnt walk and dragged my legs around. I was so scared and my mommy cried. She rushed me to the hospital and Dr. Jen said I needed emergency surgery. I didnt know what would happen to me, but my mommy had to leave me and she was crying. The next day she picked me up and I thought I was going home, b ut I was put in a case and she took me on a plane. I was on lots of drugs so didntknow where I was but I knew I was safe because mommy was there. We went somewhere really cold and I was scared and shaking. My mommy held me close and I got poked by doctors. Mommy had to leave me and I cried and refused to eat, hoping she would come back and rescue me. The next day they put me to sleep and gave me a big operation on my back. When I wokeup I couldnt remember what happened. I was dosy and didnt know what day it was, but it was a happy day when my mommy and my grandma came to see me, but they could only stay with me one hour and then the nurse made them leave. they came back again the same day, and I was even better and had more energy but I couldnt go home. I was so exited when my mommy finally took me home, on the plane to see my daddy. I had to learn to pee and poo and walk all over again and live in a crib, but now I am better. and just love my mommy and daddy for taking care of me like I was a human baby- they know I really am!
