Xlibris is not the way to go to publish a book!

Hi, I published a book with the company called "Xlibris". You can find them at www.xlibris.com, but they should not be contacted for publishing purposes if you ask me. My first book "With a Little Faith" is not only about Faith my dog, and yet this company put the world on its ear when they marketed my book in the PET section. I was the #3 selling PET book for months, but that was a lie. The book is 1/2 about my family's struggles and 1/2 about Faith. The company Xlibris, in my opinion, was all about making money, so they exploded Faith to do it. I can't get them to change the information about where to market my book. I have been successful in the last press release to have them include the fact that the book is written in 3 parts, one for my family, one for Faith, and one for the union of the two parts. This was important to me as I was having people e-mail me that were disappointed. I can see why! Xlibris also took money out of my account incorrectly and caused my bank to overdraft my account, then they wanted ME TO PROVE it was their fault before they would pay it back. They haven't paid it back either. Not as of this date. So, my recommendation is this: Write and write often, but use another company, not Xlibris. When my new book "Faith Alone" comes out in November, it will be about my dog Faith, and it will be written on the 5-8th grade reading level so everyone can enjoy it. There will be 80 or so pictures of Faith as well. Thanks. You can see Faith at www.faiththedog.net
