Mama just woke up from the coma she normally lives in & saw that I am DOG OF THE DAY! (the only reason she knows is cuz hooman sisser told her about it!)

That is just about da most exciting thing to ever happen to me!

And I gots a steak from Daisy. THANKS, Daisy!

Then I saw I had lots of cakes on my page too. I was so excited I didn't even stop to see who dey were from. I just know I lubs cakes and I'm so thankful for all of dem.

I want to accept my Dog of the Day honors by first thanking my Daddy & The Clinic Girls. Wifout dem I would not be living wif Mama. Also, BIG BIG thanks go to the doctors at the surgery center who fixed my broken back. OUCH! Dat hurt a lot! Wifout doze docs I would not eben be ALIVE! So I am berry berry grateful for dem. (Mama says she is grateful, too.)

Dog of the Day is a berry special honor & even dough I only knows about it for a few minutes as dis day ends [turns to glare at Mama] I will do my best to live up to being worthy of such an honor.
