Arrival Story:
We had one Japanese chin and decided he needed company when we are gone to work so he wouldn't be alone all day. We checked out breeders on the internet and found one that had Japanese Chin puppies. We ordered a puppy and a couple of weeks later we went to the airport to meet our new little Chin. He was so scared he was shaking, he was all buried in shredded newspaper, just his little head sticking out. He was so tiny and just adorable, we could hardly wait to get home so he could meet his brother.

Thank You To My Furiends!

Well my birthday came and mom didn't seem to remember. I've been watching over her and dad and they've been busy fighting with leaves falling off the trees. checked her email and said to dad, I wonder why there's so many emails from Dogster. She opened one and yelled, Oh NO, I forgot it was Tobys birthday! Mom hasn't had time to thank each doggie friend so I'm helping her out by at least letting my friends who took time to think of me on my birthday know that I am so Thankful for all of you. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, I can't say it enough! Mom and Dad are still fighting with the leaves so she hasn't been on the computer. I hear her and dad talking about the people who pick up the leaves, they have only 2 more weeks and the leaf pick up ends so they are trying to finish before that happens. I just want you to know mom read all the birthday messages, every one of them, she had tears in her eyes as she read them. They were happy tears though because she's so thankful that so many friends remembered my birthday. (and ummm, she forgot)I forgive her because I know she was busy but thank you all for reminding mom about my birthday! Angel wags and licks to all of you....Toby Jo

This is a little late but we wanted to thank all my furiends for the gifts and pictures and lovely messages that were sent to me on my Rainbow Bridge Day. Mom hasn't been feeling well so please forgive her lateness. We've read each one several times and we are so very thankful for all our furiends! Thank you all so much for thinking of me on my bridge day and for making mom smile! Wishing you all a tail wagging day, love Toby Jo

Toby Jo, on August 12th we said good bye to you, it was one whole year ago. A whole year has passed since you left us. We are so thankful for all the wonderful memories and we think of you everyday. Of course there were some memories that weren't so good, like the time you thought you could fight a dog four times your size! But even that turned into a not so bad memory. We talk about how patient you were when we had to wash your wounds and change your dressings, you were calm and just let us do what had to be done. Maybe knowing you would get a special treat afterwards had something to do with you being so cooperative! Toby, you are loved and missed more than words can describe, you will never be forgotten. You have a brick now, like Sammy does, in the memorial garden at the dog park you loved so much. We had lots of fun there, watching you run and mark every tree and bush you came upon. Thank you Toby Jo for the years you gave to us, for all the happy times we had together and for making us laugh, we love you and miss you sweet, from mom, dad, Cory Jo, JoJo and Sarge
