I hate this weather!!!!

Where oh where is all my snow! We are now into Febuary and I have not had any snow to go and play in! I have been so looking foward to it and now with the cold weather FINALLY here I would have defenitly thought I would get some. I may just take a ride to go see my grandma in upstate NY just so I can play in snow. Hopefully soon.

Learning a new trick

Well yeasterday mommy decided to try to teach me something new. Since we have been having all this rain, I have been so bored in the house. I already know sit, wait, down, come and rollover. My mommy decided to teach me to crawl. I was doing pretty good. When daddy came home and mommy was trying to show him, I was not doing as well. I wanted the treat more then I wanted to show daddy my new trick. Well, today mommy decided she would refreh me since she knows it takes more time to train then one day. I did so well. Mommy is so impressed with how smart I am. They always say how smart German Shepherds are but daddy never beleived it. He always thought I was goofy. Well, I am. I did learn this trick though and am very proud of myself and so is mommy.

Happy New Year

Well, today is the 3rd of the new year and nothing fun is happening so far. My sister dressed me up on new years eve as you could see from the picture. I was so tired on new years day from being up so much on the eve. Usually I sleep all day so to be up just for the little extra, woof, took alot out of me. I was out playing in the snow for a little while today and trying to chase mommy while she put the pet safe salt down so not to harm my little paws or her to slip and hurt her paws. Now I rest and sleep the rest of the day!

Mommy has so many pictures of me but just can not seem to get them down to the size she needs. I will just keep posing pretty for her and hope she will soon get it right! I have owned my family for a little over a year now. I am a big baby when it comes to my mom and get away with so much. I have a big brother(human) who is 11 and a big sister(human) who is 8. Mom is trying to talk my dad into another doggy but I (and mommy) realized that it may be better off if I get all the attention. I get alot of good stuff but I would rather follow mom around and sleep at her feet all day.
