OMG!!! I'm On Dogsters "Dogs 101"

I'm totally rolling of the floor laughing. One of our dogster Pals, Pita, found MY picture on Dogster under the Dogs 101. Of all the dogs on dogster, you can find MY PICTURE under:

I'm am just the poster dog of good behavior. I never bark unless it's necessary. I don't ask for much, other than dog food, a few table scraps on pizza night, lots of sqeaky toys and my daily morning walk or car ride. I'm super low maintenance. I am totally housetrained and only have accidents if my chronic colitis acts up :o( I only chew on things I know are mine, such as MY toys and MY foam plates. That's all I ever chew on, ever...I promise!!! I think Dogster assumes that I am a destructive little stinker of a dog because mom took my photo with my destroyed foam plate. HAHAHA!!

We just think it's super cute that I am FALSELY accused of bad behavior when my sister Jackpot is far more ornery than I.

We just love Dogster and wanted to give them a little ribbing...but really I'm super proud to be the new BAD BOY dog in the DOGSTER neighborhood.

Not A Fan Of Fireworks

Well, sissy and I are not fans of fireworks. Between living a mile from a local casino who had BIG LOUD fireworks and our neighbors who bought lots as well, we spent the evening huddled on the couch snuggling with mom and dad. Mom doesn't remember us being so scared last year, but we tried to sit outside and watch but Jackpot put her tail between her legs and looked longingly at the patio door. So, we all went back inside, turned the TV up and closed all the blinds, but to no avail. We all were on the couch, even when we went to bed we still snuggled. I'm sure glad that is over, shew!

I Got Sissy Back...ha!

Every darn time Jackpot & I eat, she finishes her food in like 2 seconds and comes as CLOSE as possible to me while I eat. It irritates the crap out of me...I'm growling at her, but she never listens.
I'm a slow eater so she just STARES at me. After all these years I finally got her back.
We had both had supper but mom forgot to give Jackpot her green beans.
Jackpot was eating and laid next to her and got as close to her as I could. She was curling her lip and growling at me and all I could say is "How do you like it?!?!?".
I kept inching closer until she finally ate all her beans...she kept looking around like, "What the heck do I do??? He won't go away!!" She finally stuck her WHOLE head in the bowl and stayed that way for 5 minutes or so to keep me away. Mom & dad were laughing their heads off watching our escapades...
I finally had entertained myself enough and walked away. 1 for Zekey...woo hoo!

I Think I Saw A Ghost

It was late and everyone and everydog was relaxing on the couch, close to bedtime. I had to get up because I heard or saw "something". I walked part down the hall and started GROWLING and BARKING. I'm mad cuz we have an uninvited guest and want it to go away. I continue to GROWL and BARK until dad finally walks over to check it out (armed with his sense of humor) and mom follows with the killer remote control. Mom & dad search the entire house, and nothing, nada. I only bark for good reason and never growl like that ever. Mom is just dumbfounded as to what it could be. They're chalking it up to ghosts, but I saw something, I promise!

I Put The H in HANDSOME

Dear Diary,

Boy did I have a busy weekend and it was all the stuff I don't like...blech!!!

Everything started out fun...first Christmas then the day after just hanging out being a dog. But then....

Saturday, mom put me in the car and I thought, boy where are we going now? To my surprise (or dismay) we ended up at the DOG WASH!!! With no one to save me, I gave in and let mom clean me up. Two hours later, I looked more handsome than I could imagine. Mom just kept smiling at me saying how good lookin' I am. I would just wag my tail in agreement. Damn, I am good lookin!

One would think that would be enough for one dog..but OH NO, mom takes me in the car again today, and we go...ugh, to the VET, YIKES!! I just needed my rabies & bordatella shots, but them mom remembered the little scab on my pee pee. So the vet took at look at it and said it's an inverted nipple. What the hell...an inverted nipple on my pee pee?!?!?!!? That is just confusing...but atleast it's not anything bad. Shew!

I've Found My Big Boy BARK!

Mom was talking to me today and said she thinks I finally found my big boy BARK! When I was a pup, I hardly ever barked, and when I did, it was just a little bitty "woof". I let my big sister Sasha do the barking for me.

Since Sashy left for the Rainbow Bridge and my sister Jackpot moved in, mom says I've changed...and in fun ways! Everydog knows Jackpot puts the B in BARK. Sometimes we wish she would be more quiet. HA!! A while back, my new thing was if I want to go outside and the door is shut I kinda, well...started making a growly kinda noise. If I don't get the results I'm looking for...I growly again with wittle bitty baby "woof" at the end. It's so darn cute, mom hugs me so tight and let's me out.

The newest personality trait is barking...I mean REALLY barking when the neighbors are outside. Wow! I didn't know I had it in me, but boy it feels GREAT! WOOF!!! WOOF!!! WOOF!!! WOOF!!! I never knew I could feel so good!!! You should try it, if you've never done it....how invigorating!!!

Easter Adventures

Hi everydog!
Boy did we have a nice Easter...mom hid animal crackers all over the house for me & sissy to find. YUM! Dad cooked a great meal so we were all full that day. We even went to the park TWICE!!! Yup, twice. How cool is that!

This weekend my grammy & grandpa came to visit. Grandma took sissy to the park with mom and then it was supposed to be MY turn. Grammy & grandpa put a bid on a house about a mile from us so they had to sign papers. I don't know what any of that means other than I wasn't getting to go to the park. This sucks...I'm patient and wait for sissy to go, then foiled again!! Mom felt bad so she took me in the car with them to sign papers...we walked all around the neighborhood but it was pretty warm so we sat under a tree. The realtor lady saw us and invited us inside! I get nervous around new people but I went in anyway. I sniffed all around inside & out...she gave me some water, so I let her pet me. I had a great time!

That's as exciting as I get so hope everydog had a nice weekend, too!

TV Show "Moment of Truth" Dogster Style...

We all watched the tv show "Moment of Truth" and we were kind of uncomfortable watching it because the questions were very personal. We were all getting nervous so we made up questions for the dogs that were very "personal":

Merry Woof-mas!

A little late, but boy did we have a great Christmas! Our God-mom Ruthie came over with lots of presents and we FINALLY got to open the box from our dogster friends Daisy & Callie. Every year we trade presents with them...aren't they so sweet! Ruthie's friend (who likes me best!!), sent us a gift, too....wow, can you feel the love or what????
We got so many toys they don't all fit in our toy box anymore! We love to open presents...stick our heads in the boxes & pull our toys and treats, oh my! Then chew up the paper in little bites. What fun!
I got so many great toys, but I think my favorite is the red ball with the string. I love to try & grab it out of the air and the SQUEEEEEEK it!
Christmas is so fun....but I thank God mostly for the best-est home ever. Mom, dad and so many others luv me so much.

Grammy & Grandpa

My grammy & grandpa came to visit me last week. We had a nice time. Grammy always bends over and looks in my face then tells me how cute of a boy I am! I lift up my paw paw to tell her I love her. I try to sneak in a kiss, too.
Me, sissy, mom & grandpa went on a long walk. I usually walk around the neighborhood but stay close to the house cuz I'm a big ole scardy cat. When sissy comes with, I get real courageous and had a great time! I sure hope mom takes me to the park this weekend...that's my favorite spot.
Well, I haven't been very exciting lately, just enjoying the cooler weather.
