POSH PUPPY PROTEST-BEVERLY HILLS

Well our mom is officially an animal activist! Jinky's mom couldn't take her complaints anymore about not being able to drive down Wilshire Blvd. and seeing a new pet store "Posh Puppy" that sells minature yorkies and maltese obviously from those horrible puppy mills-one of the worse form of animal abuse. Jinky's mom arranged a protest day with "Last Chance for Animals", Best Friends & the Human Society. WOW what a turn out of wonderful nice animal loving attractive people!!! WE SHUT THEM DOWN ON THE BUSIEST PUPPY BUYING DAY OF THE YEAR. Now if the public would just get it that pet stores that sell dogs are buying them from puppy mills. Please everyone rescue, adopt SAVE A LIFE!!! If it wasn't for mom we would not be on earth and would die a lonely death in a shelter somewhere. STOP DON"T SHOP ADOPT!!! Please go into YOUTUBE and put in POSH PUPPY PROTEST and you will see mom and all her friends trying to make a difference!

NUTS FOR MUTTS CONTEST AND BIG DAY

Well today for "Nuts for Mutts" sponsored by New Leash on Life. Harry was a contender for best Chihuahua mix along with Dewey & Sparkey. Binky was along for the ride and not happy because I dressed him up in his Rags to Riches shirt and he was the only one in clothes and he wasn't getting all the attention. Little 2 legged Binky was there too and winning up a storm under the category of most physically challenged, she did look so cute in her yellow wagon and Sylvie and Jon were proud parents.
Well Harry won the first round and 10 chihuahuas were off to the big tent I had high hopes for Harry and he was so spunkey chasing his squeaky toy, Allison Janney was one of his judges and was so taken with his soft skin.
Poor Harry didn't even place but he did get a ribbon and gift bag. OMG LITTLE 2 LEGGED BINKY WON THE WHOLE CONTEST--BEST IN SHOW FOR THE LITTLE GIRL SHE IS A STAR, A TRUE WINNER, IT BRINGS TEARS TO MY EYES THAT I FOUND HER SUCH BEAUTIFUL PARENTS THAT LOVE HER SO MUCH AND WERE WILLING TO WORK WITH HER DISABILITIES, she should be on Animal Planet soon, another star is born.

Little 2 legged Binky came for a visit!

Little 2 legged Binky came over last Sunday for a visit with me Big Binky & Hairless Harry they are great friends from when Mom fostered little Binky for 2 weeks and then found her the most FABULOUS new mommy & daddy who LOVE her so much and she gets to go EVERYWHERE and sleep in bed and play with Suzy Q the cat. Mom lets her kiss her in the mouth because she adores her and crys from happiness that she found this GREAT HOME with Jon & Sylvie who are a young HIP couple. Little Binky wears Jons sleeves of his old shirts so she doesn't hurt her chest what bouncing up and down. Harry and little Binky played tug-a-war with Harrys squeaky toys. Well the next big event is coming up "NUTS FOR MUTTS" Harry is going to win I just know it he is the most unusual mixed Chihuahua and he has a new collar with crystals from Aspen, he is so styling.

HARRY IS A STAR-BINKY IS NOT JEALOUS

Well Harry made it to a fancy dog magazine called HOLLYWOOD DOG he is on page 20. He attended with Binky who hates costumes the BOW WOW WEEN event at the Barrington Dog Park and well aware of the puparazzi he had no idea he would actually make it to the pages of Hollywood Dog Magazine. Wow mom is proud, I have to admit Harry does have star potential. Well on to the next event.
P.S. Bella may she rest in peace made it to a dog calendar put out by Downtown Dog Rescue $20 and all proceeds go to helping homeless people keep their pets.

BINKY & HARRY FASHION MODELS

Angel Gabriel & Dolly's talented mom put us on her website www.studiodogboutique.com to model her one of a kind doggy fashions we are so honored. This week has been hard on us because moms been so busy with the www.pets90210.com event trying to find homes for the many orphans out there who need a warm bed and food in their bowls. Hopefully she will make up time next week and we will get to go on some special field trips and maybe shopping to look at all the decorations all over town. Jinky has been busy with p.r. for his book which is becoming so well known. Harry needs to go on a diet just like mom they have both put on weight so this week it's down to some serious working out--yeah, long walks. Mom said she has a giant headache from listening to people WHO JUST DON'T GET IT--that the pound is NOT A SAFE PLACE and when you buy a dog 6 are murdered in the shelter for no reason at all except NOT ENOUGH HOMES. She's tired of trying to explain this and that neutering your dog doesn't hurt.

animal holiday party month!

Wow, mom has alot of fundraisers to attend, next week the Amanda Foundation is having a big doggy adoption on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills pets90210.org all the fancy stores are allowing the volunteers and the dogs who are looking for forever homes hang out. I hope they get as lucky as me and Harry. Friday night is a fundraiser for Katrina dogs at "House of Blues" and Sunday Last Chance for Animals during the day and Vegan Vixons at night followed by Karma Rescue Black & White ball!! Whew lets hope people get educated by all this and start rescuing and the most important thing SPAY & NEUTER!!!

JINKYS BOOKSIGNING PARTY

Well Harry got to go to Jinky's Booksigning party at Booksoup because I couldn't fit in any of Bella's old carriers but Harry had a hard time fitting too. I really don't care because I don't do well in crowds, I heard the booksigning party was a major success. Carole & Jinky got out the word about rescuing and not buying dogs from petstores or breeders, people got educated at the party and laughed at the same time. We had a wonderful conversation with Pauley from NCIS she has a bunch of rescued dogs and cats and a pig she is so pretty too and she loved Harry. It was a very intellectual crowd but at the same time Hollywood showbiz, I just love my new life, thanks mom.

WOW, I'M DOG OF THE DAY AGAIN!!

I love it, so popular I hope I get some more pup pals. Yesterday Harry and I went on lots of city field trips and ended up having dinner in Beverly Hills with our other lucky friend Malibu who was rescued from death row and brought to the Amanda Foundation labeled "unadoptable" but my friends daughter saw a glimmer in his eye and now he is a lucky dog too. It's a beautiful sunny day and we saw so many friends and other lucky dogs. Life is good and everyday should be appreciated afterall Harry, Malibu and myself almost didn't make it, so as long as there is food on the table and a pillow to lay our heads we are HAPPY!

DOG DIARY OF THE DAY

Well yesterday was my 24 hrs. of fame, I was dog diary of the day in Dogster. I got more E-mails than my guardian ever got when she tried internet dating. I'm one popular guy, I was invited to be in 2 groups and made so many new pup pals. Harry is riding on my coat tails but he is debating whether or not he wants his own page on Dogster. Because of me mom is connecting with other compassionate people that rescued their dogs from bad situations. Save a life & most important SPAY & NEUTER!!

BOW WOW WEEN 2006

Well now we were totally humiliated, she entered us in the Bow Wow Ween contest. Harry was a caltrans worker and I was the highway, thank goodness we were 9th on the stage. We didn't have a chance of winning since a dog dressed up as a sushi bar was in front of us and a basset hound mermaid in back of us. We did have fun though all our friends were there including Annie & Oliver, Jinky & Finley, Nikka & Otto and Georgia. Until next year!
