Now that I am retired, I have been spending a lot of time discovering the best places to sleep around the house. My favorite place to sleep during the day is on the couch. It was so nice of mom and dad to buy a couch just for me! I like to spread out on the couch so that it is impossible for mom and dad to use the couch, too. Sometimes they want to sit on the couch with me, so I do something really really cute so that they just sit around me but don't make me move! Sleeping with my paw over my nose is always a good way to ensure full couch access, and sleeping on my back with my legs up in the air (learned from Ollie) also usually merits the whole couch. I keep experimenting, and I've found that sleeping normally on my side usually won't be cute enough for mom and dad to let me take up the whole couch. Instead they make me move to the side and only take up only half the couch. Sometimes when they make me move, I give them a big loud sigh and go lay on my toddler bed in the bedroom.
Leave A Comment | 1 person already has What amkes humans think that they are allowed on our couches??? My mom ALWAYS makes me move if I am on there, no matter how cute I am. On the other hand Moose they never move, why is this?? Am I less cuter then him?? I am a SD after all, you'd think that I'd get more couch acess then their pet!! Who knows?!?!
