I swim therefore I am wet! UGH!!!!

So my mother thinks that taking me swimming will be good for this old pup!

how if feels to be 10

I can still remember that first day my mom brought me home, she drove a small car with a console in the middle and was picking me up on her way to work. I had never been in a car before and could barely contain myself. I pee-d and poo-ed and barfed all over her car but I sure loved the view from the top of that console, I could see the world from there. Man we were going places. I got back to her house in San Francisco with the view of that nice red bridge and sat right next to her warm leg the whole night on this big couch, man was it great to finally have a home. Seems like yesterday and yet in a way so long ago......

Mom and I have been through a lot since then. I am lucky to have her and she is lucky to have me. I have survived a broken back, getting attacked by a mean old boxer dog, escaping and getting lost, and getting bit by a racoon that I chased down the driveway.....but here I am 10 years later and still kickin'. I mostly act like a pup, still run around in the bookstore, and on the beach and love going up to the country for long walks in the woods.

I plan to celebrate my big day by eating lots of carrots and cheese with some of my neighbors and friends hopefully my pals her and you can all come to my party.

The only thing I wish was that mom didn't start calling me methuselah! I'm not sure what it means but its sure hard to say.
