After years of deep therapy, I have come to the realization that I have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. In an effort to get a grip I have come to truely enjoy running, really fast, in big circles. Vocalization also helps.
Pet-Peeves:
SQUIRRELS!!!! I HATE SQUIRRELS!! and cats, oh and the delivery people, they really piss me off. Ironicly, I find the release of a good barking fit very satisfying.
