Still no food, vet tomorrow at noon

I's been 36 hours and she still has very runny diarrhea that is brown. She'd been drinking water every four hours or so with a bit of chicken broth in it to get her fluids. She is also still getting the Famotidine twice a day, 2.5 mg, which is what the vet sent us home with last time this happened. I'm wondering if I need to wait until the diarrhea is completely gone, or can I start feeding her some bland foods now? She is back to her old normal self, attitude-wise, but not digestion-wise :(
