For the love of MEETUPS!!

Alright frenchie friends..... I have to share my love for the meetups. If you do not know what a meetup is you are not living life!!

I am part of a local meetup here in WA. We have been meeting at Great Dog by Northgate while it is cold out. You should join if you aren't already a member so we can play, there are a lot of others that go!

If you live in another state, there are frenchie meetups all over and most likely one near you. Just visit meetup.com and look for one. If there is not one, start one up, the monthly site fee is worth all the fun it will become!!!!!!

The very beginning.....

We searched and searched for a frenchie, and right when we started having some setbacks with one of the breeders, we got an email from Whitney's breeder about her puppies. She sent photos and Whitney was the one we picked out right away. I flew to San Francisco one morning and met Whitney and her breeder mommy at the airport. I really had to try not to cry when I spotted them. Whitney was perfect and her breeder Martha is great and such a wonderful woman. Then Whit and I waited in the airport for hours waiting for our yet again 'late flight' she didn't make a peep our entire time in the airport until the end. We waited to be the last ones on the plane, the long line was formed around where we were sitting, all of a sudden. bark, bark, bark, bark it was the cutest yip. It startled me cause she was so quiet the whole time, then the whole line started laughing. Whitney did excellent on the flight, the couple next to us said they never would have known I had an animal traveling with me if they hadn't seen her when we first boarded (she had her head peeking out of the top of the bag). After our plane landed Whitney had her first ride in her new car seat her grandma had bought for her (zebra print-safety seat). When we got home Tony said well are you going to put her down? hahaha
