long time no write

Sorry, diary, but it's been busy. My mom is making me a human sister. I hope there will be 3 red headed girls (me, mom, and sister), but if she has dark hair like daddy that will be ok. Mom is worried that I will be a big jealous bone, but I am going to be a v. good big sister, I promise. Passy and Reznor have come through all right, and mostly because of me, I would think.

OH bully sticks

Can I tell you how much I love bully sticks? Especially considering what they are, mom says that my love of them is obscene. I don't know what that means, and I don't particularly care. However, mom and dad seem to get a big kick out of it. Still, they buy them in bulk for me and Passy. Passy doesn't go crazy for them, but he will chew on one if I get it started for him. Lazy brother.

Not much else new going on, it's finally starting to get cold and I just want to curl up on the couch. Of course, Passy wants to go play outside all the time cause he likes the cold. I told him, well, if I had tons of long hair I would like to be outside too, but Mom doesn't put on my coat just for me to go potty so the less time I spend the better. My coats are really pretty. I have a brown one with red plaid trim and a UK fleece coat.

Oh, Thanksgiving!

As you know, I like anything involving food. Thanksgiving is like the food holiday. I love it. Mommy is having fun in the kitchen and giving me little bits of this and that. She doesn't want me to get chunky, so I get a little less kibble, which is fine by me. Chicken is better! I only wish I could have some pie! Grandma let me sit by her and watch her make pie, and I got a teeny bit of crust, but I'd really like a whole piece of pie. Mom says my stomach will not like me for it, but it looks SO GOOD!

What Feather Bed?

I have NO idea what mom is talking about. Her and dad went on and on and on about how the dry cleaners ruined the feather bed (her exact words were: if i wanted to throw it in the washer I could have done that myself). So WHY are they so disconcerted that I punished the feather bed. It was bad and ruined, why shouldn't it be strewn across the house? Anyway, it was Passy's fault.

Long weekend!

Mom and Dad went away for the weekend. My Aunt Nancy stayed with me and my brothers the first night. I was really sassy to her, mom says. She told me I have to be nice if I want to stay at my own house, or else I can just go stay at David's. I don't care-I like David's too, but I can't be sassy there. I'm glad my aunt nancy loves me. My aunt Amy stayed with us the rest of the time. I was a bit sassy with her, mom says, but better. Since she's actually related to me she's required to love me, so I can get away with a little more. I don't know why I'm showing my butt so much lately, I think maybe because I'm a little jealous of Passy and also I don't like it when Mom and Dad are gone.

Sibling Rivalry is EXHAUSTING!

I am so sleeping all day today. No one will rouse me. I swear, all this weekend me and Passy have just been on each others nerves! Like, I would get a bone and start chewing on it. And then he would sit on the couch with mom and dad. But then, you know, I would want to sit with mom and dad. So I'd get on the couch, and he would get off and go sit on the bed and chew on my bone! I mean, that's MY bone. So I would sulk. And Mom would give me another bone, but it wasn't the same (even though Mom would like to point out that it was, indeed, EXACTLY the same). So I sulked. Passy went to lay down on the air vent for a nap, so then I had my bone back. But he was on my air vent. I just had to deal with that and chew my bone.

I think I'm just such a patient and understanding big sister, but mom and dad seem less than impressed with my sisterly skills. I don't know what their deal is. Oh, and they had steak for dinner. I'm pretty sure that was my steak. You know?

yay! Louisville Group!

I'm so glad there is now a Louisville Group! My old friend Jiffy found me! I had missed her. I'm sure she didn't miss me as much, as the last time I saw her I bit her in the butt (or Charlie did, it was one of us, because we were being SUPER NAUGHTY).

OH boy Oh boy oh boy!

really! a boy! just for me! Mom has told me I'm getting a new brother. Not a foster brother, a FOREVER brother! I'm so very excited, I hope I don't piddle on the floor. BOL, I'm just kidding.

He's a newfie mix, and has 40 lbs on me. I hope he likes to play and run with me, and also take long long naps on the air conditioning vent. I hope he likes me! I'm going to try to be a very good sister, and I hope that the cat doesn't box him, or at least overmuch.

Don't you worry, dogsters. He'll have a page up as soon as Mom can. I can already feel my eyes tingling from the excessive digital camera flashes.

Go Away Pumpkin

My newest foster brother Pumpkin is really fun to play with, but for the love of dog, he gets ALL of the attention. He needs all this "training" and mom and dad work with him all the time. Why can't he just be naturally perfect like me? It's just not that hard.

*sigh*

at least the cat still likes me best.
