Well I've adjusted to life close to the beach. No more hot desert sun for Sammy dog! There's always a cool breeze waiting for me and Mom can take me for a walk at all times of the day, not just early morning or late at night! I've made a couple of new friends, including Macs, Princess & the other day Mom and I even met another westie named Oliver. He was pretty cool. Mom does tire me out with those 45 minute walks though, sometimes I try to convince her to take the short route, but most of the time it doesn't work. Then after our walks, I come home and sleep for the rest of the morning. It's just so comfy on my pillow. And once in a while, in the evenings, Dad will come home after work, and we will all pile in the car and go to my favorite spot- you guessed it, the beach. The sunset is right on time and we all go home, ready to relax for the rest of the evening. I think you can say we've all grown to love our new home.
