It's been a really RUFF week for me. I had to spend a night away from Mom and Dad. My adventure began with a tummy ache and then I threw up on Mom's carpet. By the way don't do that or the folks act real grossed out. Just cause I did that Mom said it was time for a trip to the vet. We went to a brand new place and they seemed to like me real well. Ya know they seemed like real nice folks except right after I got there they wanted to put that thing under the nubby. I do not understand why some people get a kick out of putting that thing under my nubby but they do. You know just when you think you got the humans figured out they do something starnge again. I did meet some new friends this week but it looks like it's gonna take me a while to get them trained. I couldn't get one of them to give up a cookie even after I promised not to up chuck on their floor and worse yet they told Mom to cut out my goodies for a while. Oh what's a girl to do? No bow-wow-brownies and no chicken dog puffs. ( She sighs heavily )
I could tell that Mom was real worried when we were there cause she kept crying. Would ya have guessed that Mom's a softie. My tummy hurt real bad though so I guess it scared her. I know she would never have left me if she wasn't very worried cause Mom never leaves me.
I got to go home for the weekend and stay and that made me happy. They told Mom that I howled. Mom thought that was funny cause I hardly ever even bark. Hey a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. Hee-hee-hee. Yep folks works everytime.
Mom wants me to thank all my friends for their prayers, bones and rosettes ya'll left. I am doing better right now I still cannot have my favorite goodies but that's ok cause when I get well Mom promised to bake me some brownies so I know everything will be just fine. Now I have incentive to get better. cause just think before you know it I will be rolling in the brownies.
