It's too darn hot

I am so bummed and extremely hyper. My human mom says we can't go to the park for long walks because it is too hot. She is worried that we are going to do something like 'heat-stroke'. I keep trying to tell her that I promise that I won't do that heat-stroke thing, but she keeps shaking her head no. I have so much energy I don't know what to do with it all. My mom says we are going to try to wear me out mentally- I know what means- obedience training..geez.. I'd like to put her on a leash and heel to the park.
