Mom is figuring out stuff about me.

I bark now. every time I go out in the yard I run to all corners of the yard with a "warning bark. Mom says I sound like a mean junkyard dog, but as the saying goes "I am all bark and no bite".
Sometimes if mom is not right next to me and people try to pet me I ignore them. I dont want mom getting jelous ;-)
Last night there was a man digging for cans in the nextdoor neighbor's garbage. I scared the crap out of him!

What is with these little pointy-eared aliens? Mom keeps trying to tell me they are my brother and sister. I don't think so. I dance around them wanting to play, and they look annoyed with me. I prefer to hang with the big dogs. Mom says I have a "chihuahua complex". I am 40 lbs. but think I am bigger.

Mom is going to buy me a pink sweater. I get cold even going out to potty a few minutes. I come in the house and sit over the registers to get warm. I have short fur. The missing patches of fur that were on my head have grown back. (the vet thinks some canine at the SPCA was picking on me.)Mom has me eating the Iams Lamb and rice thevet suggested. I am not as itchy as i was.

Hope you all manage to talk your human out of some turkey next week:-P

Hi Droopy.
Mom was thinking about George last night and was soo sad he isn't here to join us for Thanksgiving.
acouple of years ago, the neighbors couldn't finish their turkey and sent it to mom to give to George. Momgave him some. Later she saw him pawing at the bottom of the refrigerator trying to open the door.
George loved to eat.

Mom wants to make me look all girly because of my bark. She thinks the shelter told me to be quiet until I got adopted.
(She looked at a husky/shepherd mix that was supposed to be good with 'pointy eared aliens' and his bark scared her away.I have a similiar bark.
