Obedience Class

I went to my second obedience class on Sunday. It was fun. I learned some new stuff. Mom says I pickup things really quickly. I get lots of treats and something called clicks. I don't know what they're for, you can't eat them or play with them, but you get a lot of them at class. There are other doggies there, but I don't get to play with them because we are in separate cubicles so we can concentrate better on what we are supposed to do. I'd really like to concentrate on playing with the other doggies. Hee hee.

After class we went to this big ole beautiful park. It was a nice day out and I got to smell new smells and walk around where there was a bunch of trees and outdoorsy stuff. It was great. Mom thought she wore me out, but when we went home, the first thing I did was go get my tennis ball for her to throw. She told me to go take a nap. I think I wore HER out.

Last night was Cody's birthday. We both got an extra special dinner. I think I like birthdays at my new house. Cody got a new stuffie too but he didn't want to share. But I snuck up on him and when he put it down, I snatched it and took a bunch of the stuffing out. Hee hee. I don't think Cody liked that. But it's what I do.

Enough for now. We'll talk more later.

I lived with some people and then for some reason I found myself in a foster home. My name used to be Gabe. But after about a month at the foster home with a nice lady and her husband and her little miniature pinchers, I met this lady and her son and her big Jindo dog, Cody. They seemed nice enough, except Cody was a little pushy. Then after a couple of weeks, the Foster lady brought me to the lady and she took me home with her. I have been with her ever since.

I have been getting used to things at her house. She has lots of doggie toys to play with and she feeds me good doggie food. Cody is learning to put up with me - mostly. We take lots of walks together. I love to play fetch and there are lots of balls at my new house. Sometimes they have to hide them because I never get tired of playing fetch, but sometimes they do. They say I have a lot of engerney, whatever that is.

So far I think I like it here, the Mommy is nice, the smooth big brother is nice, and well, Cody is coming around. I'll keep you informed on that.

More later.
