I got it alllll figured out. EVERY Thursday my mommy goes to the doggie jail to volunteer. She comes home and I smell it on her. She gives baths to the dogs there just like she did to me when I was there. She takes them for walks and she does other stuff like play with them. Boy! I remember how much I loved it when one of the volunteers played with me. I am glad she goes ther. I'm ok with it.
