Arrival Story:
I wanted another Lab after 2 we had before crossed the bridge. This Christmas we decided it was time. Two days after Christmas we found a breeder and she kept laying at my feet so that's all it took. I've learned the hard way not to buy from breeders, even those these were very nice people and took great care of the dogs, Molly has inherited several health problems. From here forward I will always go to a pound or rescue group! Please everyone do the same!

I noticed her Mom had yellow eyes and hoped she would. After having her a couple weeks (we got her at 10 wks old) I noticed her eyes were light, pink nose, pink mouth, pink paws and they weren't getting darker. I looked it up online and found out she is a Dudley Lab.

I know me and my family don't write in our diary's much anymore (we all blame our Momma) but we did want to write about our furry good friend Miss Dog that went to the bridge today!
Miss Dog and the rest of her pack actually live in Alabama, the same place we live. She lived on a nice big lake with her pawrents and furbro's. She had the best Momma and Daddy ever, that loved her and took her in and gave her the best home.
Miss Dog had been sick these past several months but her Momma made sure she was comfortable and enjoying her last days on this earth. She had recently gotten a new furbro, Neo and I think Miss Dog knew that her Momma would be ok, if it was time for her to cross the bridge, that Neo would help heal that spot in her broken heart.
Please stop by her page and let her Momma know we are thinking of her cause we know her Momma's heart is really hurting right now.
Run free and no more pain sweet girl at the bridge. We will all see you again one day!
Woof Woof,
Molly & Mom

Hi pups! Most of you have heard us bark about our foster sister, Chloe. Well Mom and Dad are "finally" announcing that she is no longer a foster and now part of The Morris Pack!!!!
She came to us back in June when she was just 10 weeks old. Mom tried furry hard all these months to find her a family but it never worked out. She has just been shocked that she had very little interest in anyone wanting to adopt her but now she realizes it's because she was already home!
It was furry hard for the pawrents to decide to keep her, not because they didn't love her but because having 5 pups is furry hard work and furry expensive. We live in a subdivision so Mom hopes we don't get kicked out..BOL One day we want to buy some land and have more room to foster dogs and then the pawrents won't be as concerned with the number that we have.
See Mom has really gotten involved in dog rescue and by "keeping" the foster dogs that means that she can't "foster" more dogs because our house is full so that makes her sad thinking she can't help more dogs right now. One day when we move though she will help lots more right now Mom does her best helping doggies on social media and local rescues and transporting. Mom says she wouldn't be doing all of this if it wasn't for this Dogster place! This is where she meet so many wonderfur people and pups and got her so involved helping rescues!
So....anyway....Mom finally told Daddy that since Chloe was on this years Christmas card that makes it offical!BOL Mom is taking Chloe to get spayed tomorrow. She was holding off till she found a new home but it's time since this is now her home! Keep paws crossed for Chloe tomorrow, you know our family hasn't had the best luck at these "simple" surgeries so Mom gets furry nervous!
Mom is going to work on making Chloe her own Dogster page in the next couple of days. As soon as it's ready we will post in my diary and hopefully all my friends will send her a pal request.
Have a pawsome weekend and hope everypup is being good and getting ready for Santa Paws! We are!!!

My 3rd Barkday!!

Hi Pals!
Yesfurday me and my pack celebrated my 3rd barkday! Three years ago I was living on a small little farm with my Mom and fursibs and a furry nice lady and man came and started looking and playing with all of us. My Mom told us we all needed to be on our best behavior and make the humans like us a lot because we all needed new homes to go to! Well they were looking at one of my fursisters so I decided to go up to the lady and lay at her feet! I think that is what won her over because they took me home and now it's my family.
Unfortunately, my pawrents learned after that they would never "buy" another dog again, they would only rescue. Mom learned a lot after getting me. Within 6 months I had severe hip dysplasia and I was a "Dudley" lab, with a gene imperfection, which is why I have pink features and yellow eyes. Even though I am a "registered" pup I still have all these problems. Now Mom doesn't want to make all of our pals mad that have pure breed dogs, but please do your homework and don't buy from back yard breeders but we really wish everyone would adopt because you can get pure breed dogs from rescues and shelters. Sorry to bark about all of this but we thought this would be a good time to bark about it since this happened with me and this is the reason Mom is so big into dog rescue now. So now about my barkday!
I got a big green stuffless snake that has squeaky's in it that never stop squeaking!! Isn't that pawsome! My foster sister, Chloe (which hopefully will just become part of the Morris Pack soon, we are working on Daddy) really wanted it from me, so Mom has some pics she will post showing Chloe stalking me and my snake! BOL I also got a bag of Bully slices! Mom saved those till this morning so we all woke up to a nice big Bully slice and they were yummy! My fostersis Chloe has never had one so it was funny seeing her running around smelling everyone's and then she settled down and ate her own. She will be in some of the pictures we post....if she becomes part of our pack Mom will make her a page. She has been with us since she was 10 weeks old, since June! So that is a long time and we are so attached to her and love her...Mom said it's so hard having and affording 5 dogs but she just can't imagine handing her over to someone at this point and just between us pups I'm pretty attached to her! Even though I'm an 80lb lab and she's a 12 lb terrier I really like that little girl! She's kind of a mini me! She's the same color as me so we look a lot alike when we are out in the yard running after each other. I'm very gentle with her but she is a little pistol! Petey plays with her too and Buddy and Scooter just tolerate her! BOL
Mom is baking a barkday cake this weekend but I will share it with Scooter because his birthday is the 18th so Mom always makes us share a barkday cake! Pictures to come of that later! So it looks like a barkday pawty all weekend long at the Morris house! WhooooHoooo!
I want to thank all my wonderfur pals for all the gifts, cards and barkday wishes! We love you all!
Oh, we went for a Christmas photo shoot yestfurday for our cards this year (yes, 5 so if anyone would like to exchange cards with us we would love to! Just pawmail us your address and we will pawmail ours back to you! Have a great weekend pups!
Woof Woof, Molly
